This is one of our go-to spots for Mexican fast food. The service is quick, the place is clean with a colorful Mexican-themed interior. The menu has a lot to choose from. We always go for the carne asada, carnitas, and grilled chicken burritos or plates- served hot and always solid choices. They also have tacos, sandwiches, enchiladas, breakfast items and fries. The food is tasty, nothing mind-blowing, but good, comforting Mexican eats. It's a great spot for a quick, casual bite when you're in the mood for Mexican. Portions and prices are decent. There's usually ample parking and they offer military discount which is a nice bonus.

Looking for the best breakfast burritos in town, look no further! We had a company event and thought these breakfast burritos would hit the spot, and they did not disappoint! The service was amazing! We called ahead, and they took our order for pickup at a later time, and they were ready at exactly the time requested! When I got there I just paid and they gave us plenty of green sauce! It was so quick and easy.I ordered the bacon, egg, potato, and cheese breakfast burrito, and it was amazing! The burritos are so big, definitely enough for two meals. It was all perfectly cooked with the cheese stringy and the potatoes so soft. The green chili pairs so well, I put some on with every bite. I highly recommend this place the next time you are in need of a breakfast burrito!

Best tacos I've ever eaten. Can't rave about them enough!!! Amazing food and service. So much flavor and prices are reasonable

Decent prices. Slow service. My son wanted a plain chicken taco, I ask for a chicken taco without ANYTHING - just chicken + tortilla, but what he got was smothered in a red spicy salsa. I ordered the chilaquiles which were decent but also smothered in too much mozzarella cheese. It should be queso fresco or cotija.

After hearing amazing things about the breakfast burritos at Monica's, I finally tried them and had a great experience - it was breakfast burrito perfection!!...at the other location. This location is closest to my SIL's house and we've tried going before only to find them inexplicably closed during posted hours - no cars in the lot, no answer at the drive thru, no explanation.Gave them another try over the holidays when we were back in COS, and got the breakfast burritos again at this location, only to be underwhelmed. They're huge and a great value, but the eggs seemed overcooked and dry, and despite a ton of cheese, the potatoes didn't have any flavor, and this burrito definitely needed the salsa to be added to make it better.I'll likely try this location and other menu items in the future just because the location is so convenient but I'm bummed that the breakfast burritos weren't as good here as at the Fillmore location. Great to have a quick Mexican spot in the area though.

Visiting from Dallas for a wedding and had the privilege of finding this gem on yelp. Was skeptical based on Tex-Mex expectations being from TX and never being in the CS area. Arrived early when they just opened and waited for a while for one burrito to come out but only confirmed they were making it fresh. Handed it through window and the weight was substantial. Again I was skeptical but oh my Lord, best Breakfast Burrito I've ever had up against homemade. Potatoes perfect, sausage, egg and cheese perfect. Salsa delicious and spicy and with good flavor. Might have to move to CS just for this.

It has been quite a while since I've been to this Monica's but I was nearby and really "needing" a breakfast burrito. The price was right. The size was right. The service was right. The burrito... not right. Just an a-ok tortilla filled with a mushy mix of bacon, potato, egg and cheese. It was the consistency of one of those microwave burritos. Huge let down. Sure I finished it, it just wasn't good.

The food is generally pretty good here as is the service. Maybe they thought I was in a hurry, which I was not. Just please cook the tortillas completely

this place is so good it has yet to disappoint, the carne asada fries, breakfast burritos and horchata are always a 10/10. can't wait to try everything else
