I can say, (since I'm originally from New Jersey), if you're looking for authentic New York style pizza, this place is it! The restaurant is simple & clean with great customer service - everyone was acknowledged as they walked in. There is plenty of parking too. The dining room is small with soft music playing in the background. All orders are placed at the counter. We ate in the restaurant & our food was brought to the table.We had a large Pepperoni & Pineapple Pizza. The pizza was perfect, the hand tossed dough was fresh, the crust thin & easy to fold. There wasn't a lot of sauce, which I prefer, & it was very tasty. It was topped with a lot of cheese & juicy pineapple bits. The pepperoni was delicious & it wasn't overly spicy. This with a Mexican Coke to drink makes Mondo's my go-to pizza place!

Salad was good, lettuce was crisp and fresh with just the right amount of dressing. Pizza was great! 10" was plenty big for one person with leftovers for lunch the next day. Definitely recommended!

We ordered the Al pastor pizza with regular crust, gluten free chicken bacon ranch pizza, and a Greek salad with ranch. We really enjoyed all our food! I do wish the gf pizza was a bit bigger ($13 for a very small pizza) but I understand why. The flavor is both pizzas were great but the al pastor pizza to me tasted like lasagne but super creative! Greek salad was just ok but I wish that there were some Kalamata olives rather than normal and maybe some pepperonicins.Overall great place, can't really rate the ambiance or service because we did take out. But the person who handed us our food was super nice!

Lived in Colorado for over 15 years and this is my favorite pizza I've had in the state. We got the Brooklyn pizza and it was so amazing. The sauce had a little kick to it, plenty of cheese, and the crust was the highlight with perfect hardness and crunch. Was a little bit greasy but you expect that with that much meat and cheese on there. Also not too many toppings that it gets weighed down too much or anything overpowers in flavor. Also got the tiramisu which was like a tiramisu derivative with it being like a tiramisu ice cream where the cream layer was ice cream. I really enjoyed these changes and made for a unique tiramisu. Staff were very friendly and booths were very clean. Definitely come here, it's a perfect place to stop if you are around the Denver airport.

I am a NYer and I have to say, this pizza was not bad. It's not true NY pizza but no one can make true NY pizza without NY water and the proper mozzarella. NY pizza is very thin with low yeast. Mondos is good for Colorado and I have had other pizza in Colorado and they were terrible, but Mondos is better than most pizza in Colorado. I tried Beaujos pizza the same week and that was terrible, watery and tasteless. You can't go wrong with Mondos.

Excellent pizza!! Ordered ahead - the delivery was perfect! We tried the butcher, the, white pizza and cheese bread. All had great flavor and were fun to eat. The dough was cooked well and wasn't so thick it took over the pizza.

Food here is delicious! Me and my husband had the Alfredo pasta without chicken, the white pizza (also without chicken) and the cheese ravioli. They catered to our vegetarian needs which was appreciated. The portions were great especially for the price point. Our favorite was the cheese ravioli. We ordered the white pizza after seeing all the comments about it and we were not disappointed. The Alfredo pasta was nothing special wouldn't order it next time but still enjoyable. Food we ordered would be enough for 3-4 people we just wanted to have some leftovers.
