Quiet evening, came in for a bowl of soup. A few other people there, and they were clearly filling take-out orders but not slammed by any means. 45 minutes. For soup. I have loved ModMarket for years and seen this location decline every time I visit, but I was surprised by how bad this was. I asked the woman who helped me to check on my order, and she walked away and never came back; just went back to filling other people's orders. I finally just left. No soup for me, I guess. I won't be back.

Dined at Modern Market today (Sunday) and it looked like they were short staffed. It took a few minutes for someone to take our order, but once it did the service was really quick I had the southwest BBQ beef and it was very good. They give 5 or 6 decent size pieces of meet and had plenty of bbq sauce on it. The lemongrass tuna was really good as well. The tuna is served cold and was seasoned well. Would definitely come back and try one of their sandwiches next time.

I was pleased with the takeout experience at Modern Market on Arapahoe Rd this afternoon. And here is how it went.I know this place gets a lot of online orders and door dash/Uber Eats orders. With knowing that however, I just showed up to order at the spot. It turned out to be a quick go in and leave experience.A few things I noticed:1. Garlic sweet mashed potatoes - This item is no longer on the menu as one of the sides. What? Instead, they only make white mashed potatoes. I'm a lover of sweet potatoes. Make it come back, pretty please!!2. If you order rice, know the fact that they premix it with quinoa so they can't separate the two. For me, I have quinoa allergy so having (quinoa) rice as the base will never be an option. Although the guy at the ordering counter didn't know this fact, the guy in the kitchen alerted me. Good catch I thought! I alternated it with cauliflower rice instead.3. The restaurant was spotless clean. I used the one of the restrooms and it was clean as well.What I got me is build-your-own bowl with ahi tuna as the main. This bowl exceeded my expectations. Tuna was perfectly cooked. The white mashed potatoes with garlic had the right amount of salt where it wasn't too salty. Seasonal pan-fried veggies were well-cooked to the point where they weren't mushy. Everything tasted good (except the little sesame sauce in a little container. I guess it was for the tuna but I didn't use it as the tuna was good by itself without any sauce. This sesame sauce which I tasted just a little bit was salt overload; glad that I didn't pour that over the tuna!!)Yeah, I needed a quick grab and go type dinner tonight so this was a good takeout experience. Now I know my go-to bowl!

Food for the soul and a feast for your eyes. I enjoy this mod market location the most because it's consistently delicious and the quality never slips. Keep in mind that because they make the food fresh, the wait time is a little longer than your average quick lunch spot. Since it's GV, I always ask the people taking my order how their day is going. Great natural light inside!

The food here was good and very spicy, My BBQ Beef sandwich brought an intense amount of heat. But the service was lacking in the very basic of customer service skills. After standing at the front ordering counter for few mins an employee finally came up and had a "what do you want?" attitude, no smile, no greeting, no recommendations. Not a good way to initiate a service transaction. But the new Carrot Mango juice was good and tasty.

Cool place. Healthy atmosphere and food I really want to acknowledge the manager of this place. Clearly someone did not show up or his upper management does not realize the place is understaffed. We weee there 02/01/25 for lunch. This manager ( I think it was Wilson )! Was all over the place trying to take care of everyone and everything. Very impressive. Management better give him a raise before I go back and steel him.

Typically love this place! Tried the one off of arapahoe for the first time and was disappointed. I felt bad because there were only 4 workers and it was extremely busy. Took 40 min to get my to-go order. Ordered the blackened chicken thigh protein bowl for almost $20. Once I got home, I opened my lid to this disaster of a bowl. Missing chicken, and included remnants of some other meat and a skimpy salad.

The amount of door dashers in the building is nuts and causes clutter, maybe have a separate waiting area or a runner to cars? But we ordered and I got a grain bowl and my work buddy got a pepperoni pizza. Somehow his pizza came out before my bowl. How? That doesn't make sense. It's really nobody's problem to have to deal with an overflow of orders when they want to come into your facility to be pushed aside and made to wait for online orders. I wasted my lunch break and didn't get to eat in time for work. Management is doing great.

Don't come here on your lunch break. It took an hour for my order to come out and I placed the order 20 minutes before I even left my job. I only ordered one salad. Next time I will just bring one from home. The salad was even made all sloppy because I had to ask for it after an hour since they "forgot" about mine.
