MOD Pizza

Pizza isn't even safe from hipster modernization! But seriously, this place is pretty laid back, and you get to customize your personal pizza (or bigger) like it's your average sub shop.The staff did seem more interested in talking to each other about video games instead of acknowledging us for at least our orders. Would been nice if Manbun Man at LEAST included us in that topic if he was going continue that conversation as he served us.Outside that, place is pretty noisy, but the food and other help was quick and chill.

Me and my friends got kicked out of this establishment at 8:15 pm, a while before their closing time. Apparently we were too loud (we were with at least 7 other adults in our party, and none of them think that we made too much noise.) and made other customers leave, however I watched and the only people who left were some of my friend's parents. The only other people in the store at the time left shortly AFTER we were removed, so it's fairly obvious to see we were kicked out so the workers could close early. This is overall horrible service, not to mention we (all together) spent hundreds of dollars and tipped very well, only to be asked to leave by some underpaid collage student. Highly disrespectful, as I would like to add some of my friends clearly did not have rides, and at the time it was below 5 degrees, and snowing. I would not recommend this "restaurant" to anyone, let alone anyone looking to have fun with their friends.

Love the choices, quality, freshness, and the price. Grbang for the buck. If the crust was better,would be 5 stars

1.) We were served severely black moldy produce within our salads (see photo). The food that was moldy was a new item offering (Kale & Broccoli Power Blend) on their menu. 2.) This is the second time the Mod Pizza kitchen has served us rotten food. The previous time we received salads with brown rancid cucumbers. So tonight was their second chance blown. I can no longer trust this kitchen to inspect and rotate their food properly.3.) The manager that I spoke to in order to report this issue mishandled the entire situation, on so many levels, mainly noteable that there was no utterance of anything remotely resembling and apology. In fact, he acted like I was an annoyance entirely. *It's notable here that the other manager I spoke to regarding the prior rotten cucumber issue was extremely nice and very apologetic. She handled the situation perfectly.*4.) Don't offer a customer a free pizza, to compensate for an issue on a salad-only order. That's just weird. 5.) You lost a regular.

Staff was super nice and had great customer service. Came in an hour before they closed and they took the time to make sure our pizzas were evenly spread. Everyone was very kind and I was incredibly impressed. Food was great and came very quickly. 10/10 recommend.

Been to this location a few times today I did curbside but I forgot to get a drink so I just picked up the pizza everybody was very friendly and I never had a issue with this location pizza came out fresh and delicious.

Oh no worries on the pepperoni, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't missing anything there. I go through all our complaints and take them pretty seriously, and do my best to make sure that things are addressed and corrected for the future.As for the mini, they tend to press a little more difficult than the mods so tend to come out slightly wonky, and with bumpy edges like that. I will say the sauce should have been brought out closer to the edge in a few places there. We aim for a thumbnail worth of crust all the way around, and it is evident from the photo that that is larger than it should be in some places. As for the cut, though I wasn't at the store last night I do know we were training on expo, and that is the reason the cut is not the best. It's a tough position to train as we need the person there to be nailing things to provide you guys with a satisfactory product, and when training that is not always the case. Also, our mini doughs are less than half the amount of dough as a mod, but pressed to just over half the size. This results in the mini crust being a bit thinner than a mod, and it crisps up much more and is more cracker like than our normal pizzas. Personally I never get a mini as I feel the crust and dough tastes severally different than the mod size pizza.For the mega, it is two of our mods pressed together to give it that thick crust. Because of this, our megas bubble much much more than our standard mod does. Bubbles are not a bad thing, the steam that is created within the bubbles helps the pizzas cook, but it can also create problems where it moves toppings and cheese if not popped quickly enough. We were also training an oven cook last night as it was a slower night and after talking to one of my managers who was on shift they did express that the trainee was struggling a bit to get bubbles popped before they got too big, which is likely what happened there judging by the photo.As for the toppings, that's kind of a subjective area, as the more toppings that are on a pizza the less we put on of each so that we can create a standardized product, and not be serving these four inch thick pizzas that are more like a casserole. We have a company meeting next to discuss changes to portion sizes, and that will likely alleviate the issue you had there. But you can always request extra of a topping in the future if you feel you aren't getting an enough. We have just cracked down as a store on over portioning so that our food costs can fall more in line with where they should be.Speaking of extra toppings, I had saw on the mega you ordered extra sauce as well as had a comment about the sauce. I can't tell from the photo whether or not you received the extra sauce on the pizza, but I can tell you some things about it that the owners don't want me to. Our pizzas do not sit or travel well, you have about a 15min window to eat the pizza before it kinda becomes a completely different product. It is one of the reasons we fought against delivery for so long, and it wasn't until COVID that we started doing it just to keep the business afloat. If I remember correctly you had ordered delivery? If wrong I apologize. But I have no idea how long that driver took to show up and grab your order, and then drive it to you. The megas when sitting will really absorb the sauce because of the extra dough, and that may explain what happened with yours, though I'm just taking a guess under the assumption that we did make it with extra sauce.I believe the last point you made was that it tasted awful. I can't speak to this, as it's purely your opinion. We try our best to create a standardized product that looks and tastes good, but we have very little control over the taste aspect so my focus is almost purely on making sure we create a presentable product.Sorry to throw so much information at you, but let.me know if you have any other questions or comments. I have left the store for the day, but am reachable by email and when I am in tomorrow I will reach out to our office to have your order refunded.

Took a team of teenage girls to dinner after basketball season ended yesterday. As typical teenage girls are they ate, laughed and giggled. The workers decided that they were too loud and asked them to tone it down or leave. Now this is Mod pizza folks. So so food, atmosphere and expensive just like all places nowadays. After less than an hour being there they asked us to leave due to being noisy. These were teenagers having a good time together after a challenging season. Shame on Mod Pizza and shame on us for choosing your establishment. Hard earned money will be spent elsewhere in the future.

Avoid at all costs.Pizza maker was rude, squeezed liquid out of artichokes onto the pizza he was making for us. His ingredients were spilled all over cross contaminating other ingredients. Pizza obviously turned out soggy and gross.Just save your money and don't bother. There is a good chance you could get food poisening from the ingredients spilled on the counter and mixed into other ingredients. Several bins were almost empty of ingredients, too. Nobody was ahead of us, not like he didn't have time to clean hos workspace or refill bins of toppings.

Employees ignored me tonight when I came in. Poor cleanliness with cheese all over the food prep area, floors dirty in food prep area and retail food floors also dirty. Floor all over. A truly poor customer experience. The owner seems to be absent.
