I've gotta say this is a great spot for sushi and drinks - especially after being delayed and having a longer layover. Now, if you're anything like me you'd be skeptical too, I mean how good can airport sushi be, right. Well it definitely did not disappoint my fellow Yelpers. Don't be fooled by the size up front although it may seem like there's only a bare and a few tables the place is bigger than it seems. There are tables for four and booths around the corner with views of the airport. The bar looked chill. The service was prompt and the sushi was good. Now, not the best I've ever had but definitely great for it being in an airport.Overall great experience. I'll be back next time I'm in the neighborhood.

A great spot for sushi and drinks near the B gates! The ambiance is surprisingly nice for an airport, and the sushi is some of the best I've had while traveling. The seating setup was a little confusing since to-go orders and dine-in areas are separate, and the staff seemed a bit short-handed and stressed initially. However, our food arrived on time, and our server became more relaxed and friendly by the end.Overall, I'd give it 4 stars for being a standout choice at the airport. While it's not the best sushi I've ever had, it exceeded my expectations for airport dining.

Convenient place to grab sushi and sit down to work while waiting for my flight. If you have a long enough layover from a different terminal it's worth the trip. I tried their rainbow roll and would definitely try their other rolls. Some of the tables weren't clean even though they were vacant. One of the tables looked like a booth but it had their staff using it.Their rolls come in a disposable packaging. Understood for having it at an airport when you'reOn the go. Would be nice to have non disposable if you're at a sit down. The rainbow roll came with 8 rolls, one soy sauce packet, 1-2 slices of ginger and a dab of wasabi. That would be the airport size. But you can get more soy sauce packets if you want: unlimited soy sauce packets, minimal ginger slices. Bring your own ginger slices if you're a ginger lover like me lol.Place looks cool and very open and bright. Overall not bad, their roll's very tasty!

I just had a glass of wine at this sushi bar while on a layover recently. I was lucky to get a seat at the bar right away, but the space is a little bit small for seating. I think it's fairly new and I was interested in the menu, especially being a lover of sushi. If I had a bit more time and was more hungry, I would have ordered food. I'm not scared of airport sushi!! Service at the bar was good, not the most attentive, and it took me a little bit of time to get my check, but I wasn't in a huge rush. You can't bring any outside food or beverage into this area.

You cannot sit in certain areas if you get sushi from their fridge but there is no signage to indicate that. The tip screen asks you for a minimum 17% tip for you grabbing sushi from their fridge. The sushi rice is pretty bad as well!

Remember those commercials about gas station sushi? Well, I was hesitant because of this when I saw DIA had an airport concession for sushi but I was pleasantly surprised it was pretty good. Located at the end of the B terminal you'll find this concession of Mizu Izakaya.I got spicy salmon over rice. The salmon was very fresh tasting and the sushi rice was seasoned well. They had lots of rolls as well and many you can pick up to go to bring on your flight.I also got espresso martini to was fine my food. For the quality I would say it was well worth the cost of airport food.

What a great little Japanese restaurant inside the Denver airport. I ordered :Kobe beef bao -- the beef is stewed with flavor similar to Korean bbq. Very tasty and tender. Rainbow roll -- tuna , salmon , and hamachi over a roll with crab meat and avocado. Also very good. The ambience is nice and bright so it's great to sit and relax there. Servers are also super friendly and nice.

Great atmosphere! Sushi was good I guess I was expecting shrimp with my rainbow roll, comes out fast. The ramen bowls are very popular but they do take 15 to 20 mins. For airport sushi it was good would come back!

Not bad for airport food honestly. Really nice staff and was able to get this in like fifteen minutes to make my flight. Not too busy and clean area.

Got seated pretty quickly into a cute little single person booth! My order came out wrong at first but they quickly fixed it. Shumai and rainbow roll were pretty good!
