After watching the construction progress and spotting the "coming soon" signage, I eagerly anticipated the opening of Miya Moon. As a local, I love supporting neighborhood businesses, so I was excited to finally stop by for a weekday lunch. We were seated immediately in a cozy booth, a welcome respite from the cold weather. To warm up, we ordered a pot of jasmine green tea, which was both fragrant and soothing.The menus, made of paper and plastic, felt slightly out of place given the restaurant's elegant ambiance, but perhaps more refined versions are still on the way. I began with the Egg Drop Soup, which was rich and flavorful, followed by the Chicken & Lettuce Cups--a light yet satisfying choice for lunch.Service was excellent--attentive and professional without being intrusive. The restaurant offers ample seating, including intimate, inviting nooks. Parking is plentiful with options right out front and to the side. On my next visit, I'd love to sit by the "moon" area and explore more of the dinner menu, especially the intriguing cocktail selections. I'm already looking forward to returning!

I was very impressed by so many things at Miya Moon. It's a cool, modern, upscale space that feels special as soon as you enter. The menu features some traditional favorites but offers creative options for adventurous diners! The tempura asparagus and spicy cauliflower were delightful starters for the meal. The entrees were seasoned beautifully but had a bit too much chili oil or sesame oil for my taste. The dessert was the star of the show! So refreshing and delicious! When in Broomfield, we will definitely dine at Miya Moon again!

I love that every item on the menu has a story. They carefully named each menu item as and to the culture and the way the wait staff explains it, takes you on a trip through said culture and makes you feel apart of it. A small yet intimate restaurant that invites you to enjoy all it has to offer. You can go wing with any menu item you chooseThe honey ribs are 10/10 and the drinks are not for the weak lol very tasty But the Ube ice cream stole the show for me! It comes with a shot of expresso and it was the perfect combination I never imagined!

The high-class bar is a standout, offering an impressive selection of top-tier spirits, including the renowned Yamazaki 12--an absolute treat for whisky lovers.We started with a selection of tapas, and every single dish was outstanding. The dry sautéed spicy cauliflower had the perfect crispy texture with just the right amount of heat, while the mala steak fries packed an addictive numbing spice that kept us reaching for more. They were served fresh, hot and crispy! The salt and pepper tempura asparagus was light, crispy, and bursting with flavor, while the eggplant in garlic sauce was rich, savory, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. And the honey spare ribs--tender, sticky, and perfectly caramelized--were an absolute standout.For our entrées, we indulged in the Szechuan chicken, which was packed with bold, aromatic spices, and the sizzling black pepper filet, a true showstopper. Served with stir-fried vegetables over a bed of noodles, the filet was incredibly tender, infused with deep, peppery richness that made every bite unforgettable.To finish, the ube affogato ice cream dessert was the perfect ending to an already amazing meal. The smooth, creamy ube ice cream paired with the espresso and coffee cookie for a great texture contrast, was both indulgent and refreshing--truly a must-try.Beyond the phenomenal food, the service at Miya Moon was top-notch. The staff was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a high-end yet welcoming dining experience. I recently ordered pickup from Miya Moon and was very impressed with the entire experience. The packaging was high quality and beautifully presented, making the order feel extra special. I tried the BBQ ribs, which had great flavor but were a bit too fatty for my taste. I also ordered the chicken lo mein, chicken lettuce wraps, and eggplant in garlic sauce. The eggplant dish was sweeter than expected instead of savory, but all three dishes were absolutely delicious. I'll absolutely reorder those items when I visit again. Also tried the egg drop soup. Next time, I'd love to try the hot and sour soup.The restaurant is in a shopping center with plenty of parking, and the interior is modern and stylish with a warm and friendly staff.

Amazing service and unique food in a sophisticated yet, relaxing atmosphere! There are so many tapas options, which is great for trying something new or trying multiple things. All of the food was seasoned so well and had accompanying sauces. The mala cauliflower and mala steak fries were both delicious, as well as, the tempura fried asparagus. They were so light and crispy. The pork potstickers were my favorite! I also enjoyed the pepper filet with noodles, the filet was very tender. Miya Moon is a delicious and unique addition to the community. I will definitely return to this location to try more!

Recently opened, Delicious and Affordable!! I came here on a Wednesday night with a group of girlfriends. Plently of free parking so it is good for big groups of a date night. We made a reservation but on a weeknight, it might not be necessary, however we had a lovely table that was fairly private. The atmosphere was very in theme! I love the fact that the menu is one page, yet they still have so many options. We were greeted by Mya who was so sweet, and she always made sure our drinks were filled and that we didn't need anything. We tried so many different items because we decided to share (it was a great choice, we all got to try a bit of everything).I loved the fact that the chef Jonathan and owner Roy came out to greet us! It makes me want to come back and bring more people to share in how great my experience was. On top of the service, the food was top notch. Everything came out piping hot and tasted delicious. My favorites were the cucumber salad, homemade crab ragoons, the chili wontons and the chicken lettuce wraps were to die for! Highly recommended coming here! You will get great service, and amazing food. Overall, 5/5 stars.

Absolutely fantastic food great service great experience. Tapas and main courses were very flavorful and cooked perfectly. Great prices great value. We will be back many times.

By far the nicest restaurant in Broomfield! The ambiance is jaw dropping, the food is incredible, and the service is amazing! Our server Brendon was wonderful!

This "world traveler" is thrilled to have found a new favorite fusion experience just blocks from her new home! A menu that screamed out "order everything " with amazing presentation will keep me coming back over and over!
