Mito Sushi

This store just opened, it's really clean, spacious and comfortable, making it feel comfortable to eat there！！！Then comes the key point. The real thing is very fresh, especially the fish meat is very thick. It is incomparable with the buffets in other stores in the past. The large pieces of fish meat paired with the fragrant rice are simply amazing.Their Appetizer is also one of their specialties. Fried oysters, Rock shrimps, grilled Hamachi Kama are all our favorites. They are fresher and more delicious than some dine-in a la carte options. Very delicious Their service attitude is also very good They always pay attention to the extent of our meal. When they see that we are almost finished, they will actively ask us if we need to order some more food in advance, so that we will not have to wait for the progress of the meal.I really feel that no Japanese buffet can compare to them. If you want to have a bite of very fresh and cost-effective sashimi with an endless aftertaste, I highly recommend Mitosushi！！！！

After dining here three times in the last month, I will say Mito is a solid spot to get your AYCE sushi fix. Each time I went, the servers were attentive and the sushi has been consistent. Plus, their space is large so grabbing a table for a party of two or even six isn't ever an issue. The only reason I'm taking off a star is because there's always something on the menu that isn't available or I'd order something each time but not receive it, which I wished they would announce beforehand instead of waiting and waiting until it may possibly arrive.

Great addition to the all you can eat food business in southern part of Aurora. Offering fresh and a diverse variety of nigiri, rolls, and even sashimi. The presentation was neat and attractive. The appetizer section was decent, but less of a variety compared to sushi katsu. The service was great at first with the servers being attentive. They allowed us to pick where we wanted to seat. They also manually put in each order at the table when you want to order. But they kept bring the wrong food to our table. Not sure if it was the waitress who put it in the wrong order on their tablets or if there were miscommunications at the sushi bar.

Mito sushi restaurant is a family friendly all you can eat sushi joint. The service is wonderful. All the wait staff are super friendly & super accommodating to allergies. There's a variety of appetizers salads & soups on the menu. All the sushi rolls are great, I highly recommend the Batman roll & Sunshine roll. The space is tidy & super clean.This location is in the centennial area so I will definitely be a frequent visitor. It's a fun super casual place, where you can find sushi rolls that'll fix those weeknight cravings right up!

We made it just a week post opening day! So glad we did. We started with the sashimi and crab Rangoon. Then we enjoyed several of the special rolls. Everything was fresh and so delicious. Staff were so friendly. We wanted for nothing. This is a must try. We will be back!!

Visited tonight and the place was not busy. $32.99 for AYCE. The picture menu was nice. The selection was decent but not as good as some other places. Everything we ordered was either mid or less than. Server forgot my drink and a couple items that we ordered. It wasn't busy at all. The fish seemed fresh but the sushi rice wasn't too good. There were some hard pieces in it. We only placed one order and were done. Wasn't impressed enough to go a second round. Overall, I would make the drive to chubby fish in Thornton over this place

I like the space. It was open and felt inviting. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Though the selection is not as extensive as some of the other AYCE's around, everything we had was very good. The nigiri had a generous amount of protein and it was fresh. The rolls were well constructed with balanced flavors. I hope people take notice and begin frequenting this place, as it was empty the night we went.

The food is awful, and awfully expensive. $80 date night for all you can eat, including tip. The restaurant has good vibes I suppose, and the service is fine, but the food is just plain bad. I left hungry, grumpy, and $80 I'll never get back. Spare yourselves from the appeal of this neighborhood spot, and go to Sushi Katsu instead.

Amazing food and selections. Great service. The place is completely redone and clean.

We went for the lunch buffet. Service was great. Food was ok though. Had to start asking for sauces on the side since everything would come drenched in their sauce if not. The lunch menu has significantly less options than dinner so read the menu carefully. Lots of fine print.
