This place has a pretty good selection. Lots of cookies, other baked goods and baking ingredients. Not a lot of meat, which I was pleased to see, but there were a lot of dairy products. The falafels looked quite appetizing, and I bought a large container of hummus for $5. The interior looked a little disheveled though if I'm being honest.

I bought some canned food (Hummus bi Tahina, chikpeas, foul, Baba Ghanouj) and Zaatar (or Thyme). When I got home, I noticed that the Zaatar was expired. I reached out to the store as I wanted to let him know, but text message and call were ignored and never returned. Also the store is disorganized (boxes left in all the aisles while nobody is stocking/unstocking) and unclean & lacks the minimum hygiene requirements. There's a thick layer of dust on many of the products I touchedThey also sell Israeli products (Tahini) which you'd think they'd boycott since it's an Arab store.

Middle East Market features friendly and helpful staff as well as a good selection of imported products that you won't be able to find at big-box stores. Some highlights included what looked to be homemade baklava, handmade olive oil soap, spices sold in bulk, and tasty-looking frozen Middle Eastern meals. The best product, in my opinion, is their locally made hummus from a restaurant a few miles away. It is absolutely ambrosial. One taste and I vowed never to go back to store-bought hummus (Sabra, store brand, etc). It's hard to find words to describe exactly how this hummus tasted...in fact, you should try it for yourself! Definitely check this place out if you're a fan of ethnic markets and amazing hummus!

These guys are rude and lying thiefs. They tried to rip me off today. They sell their pre-cut fresh lamb on display/stand by the pound for $6 per lbs. I asked for half an entire lamb. He said half a lamb weighed 27 lbs (dressed), without showing me the weight on the scale, and i thought fine he must be going to weigh it later after cutting the meat. He agreed to sell that for $5.5 per pound. What he didnt tell me is that his original 27 lbs for $5.5/lbs included lungs, intestines, kidneys and other non-meat crap! I asked him to weigh the meat after he cut it up and he hesitated. When I insisted the final weight after cutting came to 20 lbs (down from 27!). Naturally i said i will only pay for the 20lbs worth. He refused and said i have to pay for the 27lbs worth. I said hell no and cited that it'd be cheaper to buy from the already pre-cut lot on display which was $6/lbs. The butcher back-kitchen was also very very filthy and the butcher was using his bare dirty hands (see the pic attached to this review below, you can actually see all the intestines inside the lamb!).This is classic upselling and theft and i plan on filing an official complaint to the consumer and public health inspector. My honest and sincere advice: Stay away, i ended up driving 15mins further to Arash and got my half entire lamb for $4.5/lbs, oh and Arash is much cleaner and sanitary. This middle east market place is such a dump, filthy, and we were caught many times buying things past their expiration date.Stay away!

Have liked things at store previously but today, all prices previously listed for tahini were removed and the tahini I previously purchased here went up in price by $2.00 since a few months ago. They used to have small bags of basmati rice, you have to buy 5 pound bag now. Was disappointed how things have changed so quickly.
