Mezza Mediterranean Grill

Here's what I do - on the way to DIA I call them while I'm about 15 min away and place and order a Gyro sandwich to go. Every time I arrive - the sandwich is ready. It's a super legit gyro sandwich that you can think of, and sooo much better than anything I can get at the airport. The guys that work there are always super friendly and I plan on keeping stopping there every time I'm in the area or driving by. Highly recommend.

Conceptually the sandwiches prepared are a good idea. The Gyros for example is made with a nice thin pita style bread that is grilled. Excellent on that choice. This is where it goes bad. The gyro meat is not authentic or shaved it's bought in package meats and grilled. It has almost no flavor. Very little meat in the sandwiches and he adds fries to that which could have tasted great however with a small amount of meat and flavorless the fries and bread becomes almost like chewing paste. Flavorless paste. Bad combination. Gyro Z adds fries however with their real gyro meat it's one of the best gyros in Denver. Unfortunately I can't recommend the gyros here. Clean place and nice service. 2 stars for me and 3 others who came with me.

Placed an order to go for 2 gyros sandwiches, fries, and a hummus plate. Took 40 mins to get the order together. The hummus was the worst I have had at any restaurant. No flavor no nothing. Store bought tastes better. The fries were super greasy and the gyros were ok. Sorry to say, won't be back.

Ordered the gyro sandwhich to go and the process was seamless. Went in, picked up my food, all the utensils and proper utensils were included. Best gyro I had in a minute idk if it's because I haven't had it in a while or if it was actually this delicious. I would recommend you try it if you're in the mood for some garlic goodness. The size was decent too! For a great price.

Ordered the Gyro Sandwich. Great price, and friendly staff. Food was made hot & fresh. Just one tip, the description says "fries". I assumed that meant on the side. However they were served inside the Gyro itself! It was yummy, just not what I expected.

We DoorDashed Mezza for a new fun date night. We just stayed simple with a gyro and shawarma. WOW! The food was amazing! The flavors were crazy good and no fat on the meat. If I get a fatty or weird pieces of chicken- that ruins the place for me. Nothing but perfection with every piece of meat I had. I will 100% be going back here.

This place is delicious!!! The food is fresh and authentic. From the outside it's hard to spot because the sign isn't super easy to read but inside there is plenty of seating! Everyone is friendly and helpful. My favorite things to order are the chicken kebobs and the grape leaves! The chicken on the kebobs is marinated perfectly and so tender! The plate is huge and usually lasts me two meals. Try the orange cake for dessert, it is yummy! Definitely recommend!

We had a little difficult time getting to this restaurant due to the construction, but it was worth it.Parking is minimal unfortunately, but the food was worth it. We split a beef shawarma and gyro sandwiches, starting off with baba ghanouj. The food was delicious. The sandwiches were served warm. Both meats in the sandwich were tender and juicy. It took about 8-10 minutes to receive them, but the baba ghanouj was served within a minute. The pita bread with it was warm and delicious. The sandwiches were wrapped up, with foil, holding in the heat, making them perfect to take with you if you do not want to eat in.The restaurant itself was very clean, staff was friendly, making sure our meal was appetizing.Prices were more than reasonable. The sandwiches are very filling, lots of meat!

So impressed with this place! The food was high quality and the service was great. I highly recommend trying Mezza. We will be coming back!!

Oh my goodness! Such a great place! Hidden next to a gas station off of Chambers & 470-a hidden gem! Adorable ambiance- Food was amazing. Fresh- full of flavor! Service was fast and personable. Would definitely recommend! Beef & Chicken Shawarma was spot on! Fresh Soft Pita- Yummy Hummus & Hand Cut French Fries! Oh oh and don't forget dessert- Baklava Cake was amazing !!!!Such a great find!
