McDonald's

I've had bad food and service here before, but I came tonight because I worked late, needed to stop at king Soopers for a turkey brining kit and with Thanksgiving tomorrow, I didn't feel like cooking dinner for 1. I went to the drive through and was told it would be a minute. Ok. 10 minutes later, nobody came back on. Another car came, went to the other lane, and they took their order immediately! Thanks for having that exit available from the drive thru lane so that I could leave, at least! If I had to stop at a window and talk to someone, it wouldn't have been good. Please fix this awful place someday!?!?

We always have a little problem at this McDonald's, but it's the closest one to our home. Today was notably terrible. Food cold and missing 6 items. I called and the manager was rude and hung up on me after she told me that she remembered the order. I told her she gave my husband one bag, no way everything I ordered through the appWould fit in one bag. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called back for her name, she picked up the phone and hung up without saying a word. I assume I have called ID because I called from my work phone and she answered. I asked for her name and she hung up. My husband went back to McDonald's and went inside. The manager was wearing a half shirt and the employees were walking in the back near the fry station, eating fries and packing bags. Gross. They asked if we wanted our misting items. Based on the fact that the employees are all helping themselves to food while preparing customers food we declined. I've bee had such poor customer service. And now knowing that they are eating on the line while packing our food. Barf

Hours on weekdays says until midnight yet at 9pm they are closed! Nephews are throwing tantrums. Thanks McDonalds.

Costumer service is atrocious. Several times I've gone there and they don't say hi, they say "order" or they talk super fast and don't listen to you. They care more about their drive thru times than their costumer service. Tonight I went there and whoever took my order was super nice but I ordered a large meal with a additional medium beverage and got a large fry and a 2 medium drinks but was charge for a large meal. Several times they say they are waiting on fries and sit there talking with people and then 5 mins go by and they grab the bag that has been sitting next to them for 5 mins and the food is cold.

When asked why they never turn the lights on at this location at night I am told "yeah the lights don't work in this one" also the food is cold and your order is thrown at you through the window

Deluxe McCrispy was fresh and crispy. A pleasant surprise. Apparently yelp reviews need a minimum of 85 characters to be posted. Noted.

Came through the drive through and they were rude as h*eck. The food was cold when we got it despite being the only ones at the restaurant.

I feel a bit silly reviewing a fast-food place but I just have such a strong recommendation- please just put my online orders on the online order desk. Having to wait in line to ask for my online order defeats the purpose.

I had a Drive through mobile order, when I pulled up there was no one there the lady came on & asked to wait to cars drove up to the 1 nest to me they both were helped. Then I finally get someone to answer me gave my code drive up and the manager comes to the window says he can't help me he's off the clock. 2nd window he comes to the window & proceeded to tell me to leave I said I am waiting for my order!!! I ask for his name he says he won't give it troughs my order & says u have everything call my store mng tomorrow I'm off the clock. Why r u helping rude . I went to ask for my money bck and he says I'm going to call the cops. Customer service horrible food horrible my order wrong! DON'T GO THERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
