I came here and they were backed up with mobile and delivery orders. They were really busy and I saw the manager on the floor eating French fries and orders sat and you had to ask for them to give you your order. They are short staffed or inefficient in managing orders. The service is bad and the front workers rushed and you don't get your orders. I came here Sunday during the lunch rush. The manager eating food on the floor and she threw it away when she saw me looking at her. needed to be on her so she saw it was wrong and gross with no gloves on handling your food.

Everyone here should be fired and replaced with robots, at least robots can't get high and mess up orders. I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese+bacon, was charged extra for the bacon despite it being on the menu. I made the simple request to make it plain, which requires LESS work than an ordinary burger. They gave me EXTRA pickles as well as the other toppings. Now I'm going to be sick because a piece of onion was left on the burger

Ordered online to ensure it'd be correct, but that didn't work out. Got a bacon egg biscuit that was fine and an Egg McMuffin that was supposed to be without cheese but they left the cheese on and left off the meat. The order and ticket in the sack both said 'no cheese' so my wife had to toss half of it as she can't have dairy. Waited 5 minutes for the order and the employee who brought it out was in no hurry to get it to me. Didn't check the order until I'd left-shame on me. Disappointing service overall.

Their system was down, but their manager Elizabeth (think that was her name) and her crew got everyone's orders done old-school with paper and pencil! This was at like, 3am too so it was nice to see so much care and effort by their manager making sure service kept rolling.

I don't like leaving negative reviews in case someone is having an off day, but there is a difference between an off day and shear incompetence. Went in last night with a mobile order. They confirmed the order, provided the drinks, and asked us to pull to the side while they worked on the food portion. We waited 30 minutes before going in to check on the order. Apparently, in the time it took us to oull aside, they lost our a d several others' mibile orders. The manager on duty refused to provide a refund despite a timed and dated mobile receipt. They initially refused to fill the order and told us to contact doordash or uber and denied any responsibility of the location nor a willingness to refund or issue service DESPITE SHOWING HER THE APP SAYING TO CONTACT THE LOCATION OF PICKUP FOR MOBILE ORDERS. So, they tried to steal the money, essentially. Thankfully, they did fill the order, as there was no reason they couldn't and plenty of evidence to show they were in the wrong, but made it certain that they were only doing it "just this once." (So they have no policy for correcting errors on the behalf of their business in general aside from witholding your money for no service.) Placed a complaint with McDonalds company mobile app stating the issue (even clarifying I DID NOT WANT A REFUND at this point, just training to staff to prevent this in the future,) and I keep getting automated responses telling me that the location was contacted for a refund.All in all, there's always been issues with the golden arches on the macro level, but this was asinine. DO NOT MOBILE ORDER. AND DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
