Ran through here tonight, ordered two mcchickens and one cheeseburger. Got home, daughter took a bite of her mcchicken to find there was legit some type of bone or tooth (see image) inside. Called the location and was told to call corporate. There's no phone number anywhere. Called back, no answer. Called again and the manager gave some 5 digit number for corporate. I wasn't offered a refund, just told, "weird, call corporate."Disgusting!!!!

Damn, I know it's McDonald's but you have to at least try a little bit. Stale cold fries and a double cheese burger with BBQ sauce in it? Needless to say we're going back tomorrow to get comped and dumped that crap out and went to Burger King. Go ahead and compare the difference below.

Went to the drive thru. When I was asked how I can be helped I proceeded to say "Hello, can I please order a number 5 (chicken nugget meal) medium" I immediately got cut off by Damaris (the order taker) with "Yea ok, what size drink and sauce (in a nasty rude tone)". I then said "Oh wow, calm down, a medium drink with a Hi-C an bbq sauce please". Damaris: "(nasty tone) Anything else?" Me: "Yes, two McDouble's and that will do it."I got silenced for 10 seconds before I asked "did you get that?" Damaris: "Yep, anything else?" Me: "No thanks." And then dead silence again. So I pulled up to the first window. I paid and asked for the name of the girl that had just taken my order (It definitely wasn't the same girl, I could tell by the voice.) and she said she wasn't sure. Once I pulled up to the last window a young man gave me my order and I asked him who it was that took my order. He closed the window and walked away for a few seconds and came back and said "Damaris". I said thank you and drove off. My 8 year old son was wanting the chicken nugget meal and he was hungry, therefore I didn't have time to stall and ask for a manager at that moment. I figured, I'll call and submit my complaint. Once I got home I realized that I had been given and charged for a large, not a medium size as I asked for. Super frustrating especially when I had stated "medium" twice. So I attempted to call the same night but I received no answer several times. I decided to call once again tonight 7/1 at 11:40pm. The phone was answered .."McDonald's" Me: "Hello, I was hoping to speak with a manager please." Individual that answered the phone "I am the Manager, how can I help?" Me: "Hi my name is Sara and as I went through the drive thru at 4:59". Individual that answered the phone: (Interrupted me) "in the morning or at night?" Me: "In the evening... I am sorry, but what was your name?" Individual that answered the phone: "Mary". Me: "Thanks Mary (and I continued to tell her the issue)" as I was speaking I heard laughter and noticed that "Mary" was not taking me seriously. I asked why I heard laughter in the background and Mary said "that's customer's in the lobby". I then said "It's 11:42pm, your lobby is closed". Mary then starting saying "Hello, Hello...., Hello" as if my phone was breaking up. I called from my landline to their landline, there wasn't poor connection!!! Finally "Mary" responded and said "I've said Hello like ten times already, if you have a complaint take it to corporate." As I proceeded to ask what corporate's number was "Mary" hung up the phone. Who is going to make this right? And who is it that needs to take responsibility for the lack of customer service???

This place never fails to forget part of your order. Tonight I got home and realized they forgot my sons kids meal. That went over really well with a 5 year old haha Tried to call them several times for a refund since I didn't want to drive back and they never answer their phone. Sweet

I ordered on the app. Everything went smoothly until I got to the pick-up window. This was at 9:15 p.m. on a Friday night. I was in one of 3 cars in the drive-thru. The "employee" (they're WAAAAAY overpaying her) at the pick-up window, first, was picking up the cups by the lip of the cup, and her fingers were getting in the drink. That grossed me out from the get-go. Then, she didn't find my order and told me I was probably at the wrong McDs. When I checked the app and verified the address with her- 10195 N Washington- SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE STORE'S ADDRESS, AND SHE "WORKS" THERE. So no McDs for the hubby tonight, but here's the kicker...When I got home, I checked the app, and 15 minutes later- it showed that I was STILL waiting there. When I tried to call, the phone was busy...for over 30 minutes. Their management team must be running a serious sh*t show if they have to take the phone off the hook during business hours. My husband & I have had several crappy experiences at this store in the last few months. We're done. The franchise owner seriously needs to do a surprise drop-in & see how these people are running the business (into the ground). I know if I were the franchise owner- the current staff would be gone & training would commence after the 1st of the year. RUN AWAY from this location! Hamburger Stand has better food & service than this place- mainly because this McDs doesn't provide food nor service.

I ordered my food at 12:30 pm 1-23-25 in the drive through and I was told to pull up in the waiting spot. there were 2 cars ahead so i had time to hang out. the lady that brought our food out was sticking her hand in everyones bag and digging through food and fries were falling out the bag. When she approached me I told her not to stick her hand in our bag and she did anyways. When I got home I found a hair in my fries. Really disgusting .

Awful experience they got my order wrong took them 10 minutes to figure out how to refund one item ended up refunding the entire order instead of trying to fix the problem the manager closed the window in my face. Incompetent employees the kid taking the order had a horrible speech impediment. Manager should be fired awful. Be happy you have a job stop ruining America.
