Very reliable McDonald's they're frozen Coke machine always works. The food always taste good. Their ice cream machine is broken, however.

The drive thru order person was professional, patient, informative Thank you. The fries were piping hot and crispy. This was one of those perfect McDonalds experience. Saturday January 11th 2025 5pm

Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed a mobile breakfast order and gave my code in the drive thru, told them they had the right name when they asked. Waited in the line for ten minutes l, just to have then give me an attitude and claim I passed through the line without checking in. Refused to listen to me when I explained that I in fact checked in with my code and name, continued to give an attitude

So I'm not a huge fast food fan, but sometimes it's a quick, easy solution when you are in need of food in a hurry. This McDonald's is the closest one to us, and hubby wanted it so I agreed.I'd heard they have a new Crispy Chicken Sandwich so that's what I got along with fries. Husband got a Double Cheeseburger with fries. I have to say, it was pretty meh.....the chicken sandwich wasn't very crispy, no sauce, and it just was underwhelming overall. The chicken was dry and stringy....fries were cold and not very salted. Hubby enjoyed his food, but he's not nearly as picky as I am. In my opinion, Popeye's still has the best chicken sandwich, followed by Chick-Fil-A, KFC, then Burger King. McDonald's thus far coming in dead last. I haven't had Wendy's version or Raising Canes, so I'll have to try them sometime. Anyway, I won't be hitting up Mickey D's anytime soon.

Friendly and courteous staff. Served luke warm fries but when brought to our attention they brought large hot fries to replace our small fries.

Upon my weekly visit to this mcdonald's, I order a coke, edited to quench my thirst. When I ordered said beverage I exited to be greeted at the window to process my payment... instead I was met with disrespect and distain. Upon receiving my form of payment back I complimented one of your employees on his extraordinary and stupendous haircut. The disrespect came when I was met with no acknowledgment(sad). I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND PROTESTING EVERY DAY TILL THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED OR A FORMAL APOLOGY FROM RONALD.

Ron here, I recently visited this Mcdonald's to enjoy a tasty meal but was highly dissatisfied when I received my order with NO. FRIES. I ordered 2 meals that come with fries and got no fries. Also, I very often (every time I come) have issues receiving the correct sauces (or any at all) at this location. I hope for a more satisfying visit the next time I come to this location (if I do). Mcdonald's, DO BETTER!!

I came in to pick up my order and a tall man with glasses said that he couldn't find it when I showed proof of payment and order. He said there's no way they can give me a refund or give me my order. We started going back and forth about it and he started to call me racial slurs saying "my kind" is always trying to get free things. I have never had to leave a bad review anywhere before but the fact that he was a manager treating me like that, he needs to be fired.

Qualifications to work here:- Make sure order is wrong - Give people the wrong food items - Make sure food is made as sloppy as possible All the employees follow these standards. Self serve machines can't come soon enough!

If you go during breakfast and you're ordering more than one sandwich there's a 83.6% chance they WILL mess up your order and you'll get different items than what you had ordered.Also just stop having us pull up to the numbered parking spots, I'd rather wait in line. They overwhelm themselves with too many orders at once and then get everyone's wrong.
