For a Mcdonalds, this location is not bad. I only go here because its on my way to work and the app gives me free food, so you cant beat free. The service inside is very sparse and every time I go its the same old lady that gives you a mean look and is very curt in her attitude. But the service is quick and the food is decent and hey, I just looked at my phone and the app gave me a free 6 piece chicken mcnugget. so I guess it ok.

Not only did I have to wait for my drive thru food-when the kid brought out the food-he was chewing his own food. Then they forgot a double cheese burger and charged me for it and the nuggets were dried out. I'm never go back to this place again. 00 is my rating.

OK I am done! Really how many chances do you have to give a place of business? Today I ended up driving through the drive-through that I never do, I ordered my food, one of the things I ordered was a double cheeseburger.I paid, go to the window to get my order and they tell me they would meet me at the drive up station with my delivered.So then I had to park my car. The woman came out and gave me my order, while I sat there and pull out my burger out of the bag, I noticed that it had no catchup on it. OK then, I had to re-park my car turn it off, remote start it for my dog, I ran into the restaurant to get the burger that I ordered.Well trying to explain to the woman Nickens I guess understand English but she didn't speak English very well she finally said OK she will get my picture so I end up raining probably about three minutes she hands me a bag and pulled the burger out of the bag and looked, it didn't have any flipping catchup on it, what the flip flop!Why would I RETURN a hamburger because it doesn't have a catch-up and wait for a hamburger that doesn't have catchup on it.She was so flipping dazed and confused, this is America, how could you not get a McDonald's hamburger correct!I'M DONE WITH YOUR WARM HAMBURGER.

RUDE. Everyone I've come in contact with here has been rude. The fries are never fresh and they act like it's the end of the world when you ask for more than one sauce. The microphone doesn't work to order, and then they make it seem like it's your fault. I don't recommend coming here, you can go to the one on Feds and Hampden and received better service and food than this.

I went there today and I shit you not the damn fries made me leave my body. Best McDonald's food I've had shit so good made me download this app and leave review.

The app doesnt work on either the phone or the menu self service board. So as a result must put it it manually to get points. Services was fast enough. The order was accurate.

If you wanna order a head make a 10 min drive then wait for another 10 order here! They try sayin they don't have your order half the time (: been waiting 20 mins already this time. Gonna have to change locations because management here is LOST

Your location at arapahoe and yosemite has gone DOWN!! TERRIBLE NOW... People wait 10 minutes for small orders, staff says food was made fresh but it's stale. AVOID!!

One Spicy Deluxe McCrispy was ordered and they were supposed to bring it to the table on a tray, as it was ordered as a dine in item. But instead, they called the locator number like its a take out order and the Spicy Deluxe McCrispy was in a bag. They did have a lunch rush come in, but in the past they did do table side service like they were supposed to, despite a lunch rush. Mcdonald's (here in the US) has been lacking in satisfaction in recent years and that is sad. Mcdonald's prices are high, if your not using the app. But it would be justified, if satisfaction was not lacking and they didn't try and shove the app down your face. All of this is is not just exclusive to this location, but a lot of them. However a lot of locations (like this one) that had a PlayPlace befor the forced (boring) remodeling, still have one. The remodel the happed a couple of years ago is nice, but it is just boring compared to what it used to look like. But they have stopped playing kids music in the main dining erea, in flaver of more adult safe for work music and only play kids music in the PlayPlace, since the remodel
