McDonald's

Asking me to park when I order through drive through is annoying. When I back out, I risk hitting the next guy you asked to park and wait.Why?

Nothing to write home about but gets the job done for greasy burgers and nuggets! Service is what you would expect from a McDonald's but overall not bad!

About 2 weeks ago I had the worst experience at this McDonalds. The soda area was so dirty you couldn't even get to the dispensers. My burger was full of onions which I asked for none. I emailed the company to say how awful the store was. I got a call the next day from the manager named Mary. She was so nice and apologetic about the food and mess. She invited us back for another try on her! I was surprised and impressed with the customer service. I took my son and actually went during the busiest time to get our meal replacement. Mary was in the back,She came right up to the counter and said she remembered me and asked what we would like. They replaced our meals with HOT fries and the best Big Mac. Also I have to say their Caramel macchiato is DELICIOUS! The store was clean and the beverage area was sparkling. Thanks to Mary and their crew for making it right.

customer service sucked and none of the workers spoke english. it took about 10 minutes to order a large fry and a doctor pepper

The workers, manager and store are racist pricks.The workers are slow and laugh at you will cooking food and the rest just dork off behind the counter The manager can't manage and if you are brown you can get served first while everyone outside of brown has to wait....Trash

I am a high school student who comes here a decent amount for my lunches, there is a guy that works here that genuinely makes me day every time I go there and I think he deserves a raise or something because he's like the only reason I still go there, customer service is great! He wears a yellow shirt most of the time and he's kinda a bigger set person, im sorry I wish I knew his name, all I know is he is putting the customer service on his back with this location. 5/5.

Honestly, mcdonalds maybe you should do a English language proficiency test. Thank God or child doesn't have some allergies to the products they left on the burger! By the way then i call and complain the female hispanic manager hung up on me and not they don't answer!

waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before even moving to talk toanyone. when we got up to the window we waited another 15 mins just for them to tell us they weren't able to give us what we wanted. when we asked for a refund the workers were very rude toward us and we had to wait another 10 mins for them to figure out a refund. still haven't gotten a refund.

Had to wait 21 minutes for a bacon and egg biscuit, 21 MINUTES. I'm late to work because of it, it's ridiculous

Orders are always wrong. Fries are old, cold and stale for the most part. They refuse to take your order at the register and expect you to order through one of their ordering stations. I don't work there so I refuse to do that and shouldn't be expected too.
