This McDonalds deserves a great rating this morning. Our food was prepared fast, accurate & hot. And I wish I had gotten the employee's name as he was welcoming, let me know my order was coming up next. He sounded like he was happy to be there. I would return to this location, especially if he was taking care of my order again!

This location, like most all Mcdonalds are fully automated. Order and pay from the kiosk or your app and your order will be ready momentarily. But this time the kiosk printed out a receipt and informed me to pay at the front counter, which, to my surprise was actually hassle free. my food came out a few mins later and I was on my way a happy customer.

I just want to say this is by far the worst location I've been to. I wasn't aware that certain McDonald locations no longer have a frappe & smoothie machine???? not only did they tell me they can't make smoothies or frappes but they don't carry hazelnut? they don't carry mcmuffins? ON TOP OF NOT HAVING THE MOST WANTED ITEMS ON THE MENU BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SHIT! very unprofessional and just a bad name for McDonalds. DO BETTER.

Slowest fast food joint on the planet. I walked in at 2:15 , waited 10 minutes for someone to take my verbal order, and decided to use their ordering kiosk. Completed my order at 2:30. Food was served at 2:54. I said to the woman who handed me my "for here" order in a paper bag "it's been 25 minutes since I place my order. What gives?" and she waved her hand dismissively and said "I know," and walked off.They've got a bunch of people standing around doing nothing, and two people working. The drive thru appeared busy, but the inside of the store was pretty empty.I see no reason for the lousy, rude and slow service.

The woman taking the orders in the drive thru on 2/20 has got to be the most unprofessional person I've come across. She continued to cut me off as I was trying to order and explain what I wanted on my cheeseburger. I ended up leaving the line and driving to a different location. Not sure if anyone sees this, but at least I got it off my chest

I was about to take a bite of a burger I purchased from this restaurant as a part of order 1250, when I realized the cheese had mold on it. The most recent two times I've been here the fries have also tasted like cigarettes. -Tried calling for a refund and the phone answered and then immediately hung up at 1:57P.M.

Service is absolutely horrible! Constant problem with this location. This time female taking drive through order accused me of not placing order when she took the order. Then she wanted to argue with me over a simple order for a coke. Clearly something was wrong with her as she took nearly 10 minutes to process payment for vehicle in front of me. Try to avoid this location. Bottom of the barrel service! Who looks at yelp for McDonald's reviews but who knows.

Im all for inclusivity or whatever, but bottom of the line, someone should speak English there. My entire order was wrong and not a single person there could understand what I wanted. I got over charged, and couldn't get a refund because they literally could not understand me. Even though I was using the most simple english words I could possibly use to convey myself, they couldn't help me at all. I shouldn't have to google translate my entire order just to get the food I want, and at least get it somewhat correct. If you decide to order here just order over the app so at least you get the food you want.

I got there at 7:52 in the morning went through the drive through. I ordered 4 sausage McMuffins and 4 hash brown. simple plain clear easy. I didn't get my order till 8:06. there was no one else in front of me when I placed my order and it took them 15 minutes to get my order to me in the drive through. now that they had made me late for work by what ended up being 10 minutes I didn't check my order and let's be honest I shouldn't have to their job is to make my order exactly the way I ordered it. So I get to work with my order and what do I find in my bag. Only two hash browns and only 1 sausage McMuffin. So I have to ask these two important question. 1. What in the actual fuck took so long to make such a simple order that only contained items popular enough that you should know to make some about ten minutes in advance? 2. How the fuck do you manage to get such a simple fucking order wrong? I tell you what, fast food service people want $20 and hour ok fine have some perspective. In 2011 when fast food workers started wanting better pay they started talking about wanting $18 an hour. That year I started working in the oil field. $17.50 an hour I spent 16-20 hours per day swinging a 16 pound sledgehammer in the Oklahoma and Texas heat. You want more money learn how to get a simple goddamn order right and fucking complain about your work conditions you soft little snowflake.
