McDonald's

Ok, so it's McDonald's. But, as far as McDonald's goes it tastes the way it supposed to. Which is sometimes exactly what you need. What makes this McDonald's stand out is the exceptional Play Place. The jungle theme, 3-story play tunnels, and tablet games. My son walkways wants McDonald's because of this Play Place. The other thing that caught me off guard was the table service. Order, grab a number, and sit; them they'll bring you your food. Totally awesome. So, you know, check it out. 5 out of 5. Would Highlands Ranch McDonald's again.

Asked for the plain burger with cheese lettuce everything else that comes with it and I got quality cheese and a very nice bun on the burger

Every time I order at the drive thru my order is always wrong, or missing something. Without final I can never get what I order. They read you back your order correct but we still get the wrong order or we missing something. Orange taste like water and the biscuits are hard

I don't know who all these KAREN's are on here, but it's a freaking McDonald's! You get what you pay for. You want a 5 star experience go to a 5 star restaurant, this is a fast food restaurant. Y'all acting like you should pay for a Prius and then expect a performance of a Lamborghini. Ohh they got your order wrong, boo-hoo! How about you act like an adult and just politely ask, instead of trying to be featured on a public freak out video on YouTube! Grown adults yelling at kids over a burger and fries that doesn't even cost more than $10... shameful! Disrespectful Karen's aside, I visit this restaurant about 2-3 times a month and have never experienced a problem with them. I always use the app to mobile order and whether I go through drive thru or curbside pick up, the staff is always very friendly. Sometimes the line is long, but once you pass kindergarten, there's a virtue called patience that they try to teach you. So you just activate that and then a magical realization comes to you that you're not the only person on the planet. The McDonald's app is in my opinion the best app, as it has the best deals and the rewards system is perfect! As some other fast food apps, their rewards make you spend a fair amount of money to just get a simple item. Keep up the good work, and ignore these preschoolers!

This is the closest location for me which is a little unfortunate. When the order comes correct it is actually great quality I find, but I think out of the last 10 times I have visited this location 8 of the orders I received were incorrect. So word to the wise alwayssss check your bag before leaving this location!

Totally agree with other reviews. Worst service we've ever experienced tonight. Not sure who they hire here but they are below par and close things down before they should. Refused food to us even though we arrived well before closing. They somehow made food for themselves (we could see it bagged up from the window and he confirmed it was for him), but not the customers? It also appeared that they provided food for their friends for free maybe? All cars bypassed the 1st window since it was closed and the 2 cars before us that were both waiting at each drive-thru spot (the one on the outside had sat there forever), and assumedly ordered only seconds before us. They both got food, and then hung out in the parking lot socializing with each other (two black SUV cars), likely waiting for the employees to get off of work for them to bring out more food (probably the food we ordered). The more I think about it, the more I believe this likely is the case. Seems like the owners and managers need to take a closer look at what could be happening at their restaurant and the kind of people they are hiring.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a fast food joint but the other reviews were so off from my experience of this place over the past 7 years that I had to say something. First, I don't go to Mickey d's all that much (maybe once every other month) but I have never had an issue here. Sometimes there's a long line but they always seemed to move fairly fast. And unlike the other reviews I have never had a messed up order. But hey, I'll admit maybe I'm just lucky? As for the food quality, we'll it's McDonald's. You come for the breakfast menu and that's about it. If you're a grown adult and haven't realized that McDonald's burgers/lunch+dinner menu has been complete trash for decades then I'm sorry but that's on you.

I ate inside for the first time in a while. FLY INFESTED. There were flies fricking everywhere. I moved seats twice and there were flies in my food and flying around my head no matter where I went. Totally disgusting.

i'm just disappointed with how a delivery was handled. they gave out a delivery order without confirming pick up and that person took the order without them making sure it went to the correct person. and then i went to get the order because it got transferred to me and i double checked with the customer that they have not received their order. i asked them if they can remake it since they paid them for the food but they aren't giving the customer the meals they paid for. i tried to see what can be done and she just kept dismissing me. she tried to cancel the order on my phone for me and i didn't want her to do that. because then it just goes to another driver and this will keep repeating. just disappointed in how it was handled and now that customer won't be getting their food because they were not even attempting to help.
