Very bad service both inside and outside. Go elsewhere. Waited outside for 5 minutes while the person next to me negotiated their bill and inside the printers were out of paper

TRASH!!! All these morning people are trash. Can't get order correct after like they don't know what your talking about and then cheat you out of your money when you return. Definitely will not come back to this trash. Food is not good here I've had hair in my food too here. I tried to give them another chance but the last 2 times they failed on all levels.

Do NOT order in person or using the McDonalds app because you'll going to get ripped off, but it's GREAT through DoorDash or Grubhub. Why is service better through delivery services? DoorDash will give you a refund if there's a mistake, the McDonalds franchise owner will weasel out with 'these things happen, come back soon!'

Didn't give me my receipt, messed up my order, didn't put sauces in the bag, fries were unseasoned, and sandwiches were poorly made. I had to park and go in and the manager on duty had an attitude. I spent $60 trying to feed hungry kids after a full night of sports and this lady was acting like I was running a condiment scam to rip her off for extra sauce they shorted me. All I know is my family of 6 will never go to this location again AND she made it real easy for me to tell my kids no to any McDonald's.

The food took over 15 minutes to fill a 9 item mobile order with no one in the drive thru infront of me. Food was missing items.I contacted them and the person who answered "Jose" was rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me when I told him they didn't fill my order correctly.So I called back and they same person answered and I asked to speak to the manager "Jose" claimed he was the manager and continued being rude, unprofessional and all around incompetent.The restaurant looked dirty from the view through the drive thru window. I will never return to this McDonald's again.

Drive through broken. Poor service, wrong order, extra charge and food poisoning. Not a good McDonalds.

Today I had the worst experience ever at the McDonalds on Leetsdale Drive in Glendale, Co. I first drove into the drive-through which had two lanes. After sitting there for several minutes in a line of other cars, I realized that no one inside McDonalds was taking orders from the lane we were in but they never explained that to the cars in front of me or to me when I finally got to the order space. No signs were posted indicating that this line was down. We all sat there for nothing. I then went inside where there is no longer any customer service staff to take your order. After ordering on the kiosk which was not user friendly, I waited several minutes for anyone to come up front. Ahead of me was an Uber Eats driver who was arguing with an employee about not giving her the order that had been called in by Uber. They told her that her order had been stolen 3 times so they were not going to give her another order leaving her and her customer holding the bag for the order. After I finally got my order, I drove home only to find they shorted me a hamburger. I am very pissed and will NEVER use this McDonalds again. What a terrible experience this was!!! Don't go to this location if you want sauce with your order, this lady first tells us there is no sauce in the morning and then we come back and ask again and she tells us there is a charge for sauce which i've never heard before and no other employee at any location has ever said these things to me so it's really just her bad customer service and lying problem. And she did this before the last time i went to this location too and was rude both times about it.

This is a money scam fronting as a McDonald's.The screens are broken and you can't see the prices of anything. They won't tell you the final price till you drive up to pay. You can't get a receipt till you pull forward to get your food then you find out they're changing $3.00 for one hash brown.

I highly recommend this Business because they have the best food I don't know how it has only 1.5 only???? The Staff are so polite, they play nice music and the space is so Big... there is enough space for Children to play. Even the parking is so enough!!!! Please guys come and enjoy the goodness of this Beautiful amazingly place...
