Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible. Needs new management or b shut down (every experience there has been BAD)

I swear if I could leave a zero star review I would. Terrible service, terrible timing, doesn't have things available on menu. Waited 20 minutes to get to the window to tell me that they do not have drinks. Although this is a fast food establishment, do better McDonald's.

Every time I come in this location the service is below average, and my orders are 50 % correct when I use drive thru- It's always a hit or miss and assume it could be the management because it's the same faces I see when I come in-

worst customer service i have ever had at any mcdonald's and not just that but we asked for sugar for 6 coffees and only received 5 packs.

Rude employees. Like mean rude. Totally unacceptable behavior. It's Monday but don't take it out on the customer.

Poor service I'm super upset cause when we got there the lady who gets the order was rushing us amd it wasn't busy it was only us and after when we Pay she was giving attitude.... I had order a hot chocolate but it was nasty it has water with milk and wiping cream I went back and give me a excuse didn't even apologize or anything... it sad the McDonald's it's getting worse for people the doesn't like to work so things like whatever we are paying for our food and is not correct to get treated this way and to make it worse my sandwich had a small wire this a bad costumer service all this happen after 10 pm 12/28/21

First off, it's McDonald's and it's a busy location. I get it. But I ordered two double cheeseburgers, plain, add Mac sauce, add lettuce and when they gave me my meal initially, they got it wrong. They gave me two normal double cheeseburgers add Mac sauce, add lettuce. (I'm having issues eating things that have a lot of garlic or onion in them so I can't eat the normal toppings for the burger) I told them my order was wrong and then they attempted to fix it. I checked the second order and I thought it was correct so I drove off but they gave me TWO MCDOUBLES instead of my double cheeseburgers. There was hardly any Mac sauce on both burgers and the smallest amount of lettuce I've ever seen on a McDonald's burger. The burgers were so poorly thrown together, and yes I mean thrown together, that it looked like my 7 year old cousin made them. Don't eat at this McDonald's. It's a joke. Their workers have the worst attitudes and never get anything right. This isn't my first time going to this location either and having issues like this. This location should probably be under new management. Then maybe they wouldn't have these problems. Absolutely ridiculous.

Going through the drive-through was really easy today no waiting really nice people the only thing that I'm worry about is customer being really aggressive to the employees us as customer should be polite and respectful and to learn not to assault people that work there and that's what I experience today . The employees don't deserve this treatment!!!!!

Unprofessional, they close early and and take rlly long in service.. I would just appreciate my hamburger without driving all over the place

Service was terrible. When I drove up to screen to order I was greeted by a very rude order taker I felt rushed, not being heard with a very disrespectful disposition. I had to repeat myself several times and it felt like a bother on the other end. I had been to many business establishments earlier in the day and this was below expectations. I was treated so poorly. I spent $33 and to me that's a lot of money to be treated so poorly. I recognized her voice when I picked up my purchase at the window. I was so irritated by her mannerism, I asked her for her name. She leaned forward, hand displayed her badge and said, "Destiny I AM THE MANAGER". Made me feel just because she was the manager she could be so unprofessional. She should be a role model. I have been a manager for a Fortune 500 company for over 15 years and customer service is a very important tool to keep customers returning. Her name is DESTINY. Knowing she is still employed at this location, I WILL NOT be purchasing from you. I had purchased off of 39th and Wadsworth. Wheat Ridge.
