McDonald's

My experience at this store was horrible. I went in the pay for my meal and I noticed the manager being rude to the man before me. I went to place my order and when I was trying to pay with change from my vehicle basically calling me a liar over 50 cents which I counted and didn't have a problem with her counting as well. This store is not a good store especially if you're black and I notice before I left she was the man that spoke Spanish. This isn't the first at this store and they need to reevaluate the type of leadership they hire because she knew nothing about her job

Convenient & TrickyThis McDonald's is situated right between two fast-paced highways, which makes access convenient and a bit tricky. Really, the most difficult part can be getting back onto the road, as the traffic comes pretty fast. Great food!

I ordered 2 number 6 for breakfast today with a coke which comes with the combo. there was a charge for 80 cents for drinks. Drinks come with the combos. I asked the cashier why there was an extra charge.? he told me to talk to the manager at the next window. that person told me to call the number at the bottom of the receipt. I call the number and they tell me to dispute it with my credit card company! Wait, you just stole 80 cents from me! I didn't order any up charge. you STOLE it. Check your receipts! I bet you have a drink charge too!This is straight up THEFT

Ordered a fish-o-file meal and the fish was old and burnt, the fries were cold, so I took it back to get a refund. What happened to quality control with these places or is it because of the mostly Mexican working staff that don't give a shit. Better wages should mean better service, but I guess that's not the case.

McDonald's next to Urban Light Store, doesnt have soft drinks? You read that right, McDonald's had almost no drinks...our choices were Orange Juice, Tea and slushies....seriously get your act together management.

Apparently they can't even cook their sausage McMuffins anymore. Damn cheese was still frozen.smu

Idk why but every time I come to this location they find a way to mess something up. Payment, using the app, wrong order, missing items...They just told me to pull forward to wait for nuggets and 15 mins later I finally got my food because I went inside. No apology or nothing just handed my food to me.I hate writing reviews just to complain but do not come to this location. People working here are just terrible tbh.

This is the absolute WORST experience I've had at a McDonald's. Their food tasted rancid. I ordered the double cheese burger meal, took one bite out of my cheese burger, took one bite out of my fries and threw the rest away. Do not come here.

This was a great location around 15-20+ years ago. Has been slowly going downhill since. Now is a train wreck most all the time. Is literally never consistently clean (virtually always you'll see grime on most all the tables if not all the tables--so gross). Today, they had an empty lobby, nobody cleaning the tables that were virtually all grimy or or laden with crumbs, and maybe 1-2 cars in the drive-through (none in the pick-up spots), at a time that should be the start of the early dinner rush. Wanted to order something there on top of my mobile order, and avoid the grimy kiosk (prefer cashier anyhow), but the cashier plexiglass had a sketchy, hand-made "sign" (computer paper) scotch taped to it, saying "use kiosk please" (see photo). Manager on duty said "store manager" decided that and that it wasn't against company policy (I verified the latter was a lie on calling customer service). Ridiculous.

I went to get lunch today and the employee at the window didn't want to give me my card back. She kept telling me that I would get my order and receipt at the next window. I told her I need my card and she ignored me but eventually reluctantly giving me MY card.
