McDonald's

Another train-wreck of a visit. This time it was very late at night and McDonald's was allowing people to walk-up to the speaker and window to order food. We literally had people just walking in front of our car to order. Then, they made us wait for the order and then never gave us our McNuggets.

This was my first time at a McDonald's in years! I'm now 32 and didn't have a clue how to use the self ordering touchscreens correctly (Looool I know).Anyway, Diego helped me without judging at all. All I wanted was a large Coke and large fries. Diego patiently showed me the best way to order. Also, how does this place have two stars? It's so clean. Diego keeps that jawn clean. Cleaner than my grandma's house and my grandma is neurotic.I'll be back for fries and a Coke!

My order when read back had 2 sprites and 1 Diet Coke. At the pay window the receipt is not given, so i didn't notice. At the next window I told her I was missing a sprite. She said no, I said I packed it at the previous window, he read it back . It's not my failt and I'm not going all the way around again or waiting for a soda that's literally right in front of her to hand me and refill another. Hell , fill another it takes 30 seconds. She argued that she can't and won't, I asked her for a manager. She said she is a manager. I told her she's a bad a manager if she is one and a fucking pendeja over a damn Sprite! I called the restaurant, some guy answered said he's the manager. I explained to him , it's not his fault directly but needs to know who's at the window and what's happening. I will not return for a sprite , nor will I return I this location ever again. The customer service experience for a $1 drink or less has solidified my decision . I will travel to the other McDonalds a few miles away even though I live a few blocks from this one. You just can't teach common sense to some people I guess.

I ordered breakfast in the app before 1030 but didn't get there till after 1030. I was told they couldn't make my order, which upset and confused me. They had all the ingredients to make the sandwich, it wasn't like they ran out, but I digress. The reason I gave this a higher rating was because of the manager. I wish I grabbed his name, but he was empathetic, professional, and we were able to find compromise in regard to my order.

Very busy but quite fast to be honest and friendly service the only issue was no parking and the fountain drink tasted nasty

It's so grosssss! Food on table and floors, but it was the bathroom that was the worst, not to mention the bathroom hand dryer doesn't work. I doubt anyone looks at reviews for fast food but if you see this.... Go anywhere else

absolutely horrible customer service. I waited 20 WHOLE MINUTES for a 10 peace nugget. 3 other people came in after me and got their food first. I asked about my order and they didn't even have my order on the screen... the manager is a total joke.

every time I order through drive through we get parked regardless of what is purchased, and when we asked the manager names they refused to tell us, refused to tell us corporates number, the food is almost always cold or burnt.another employee informed us the managers names are Monica and Christina.

Didn't even blend up the mcflurries, they took a bite out of a couple of the fries, the potatoes were bad and the fries were overcooked, someone's hair was left in the fries, one employee (not pointing out names) was on their phone the entire time. Would not go again :(

"I ordered through the app for table service and sat waiting for the food. After 15 minutes, I checked the counter and found they had left my food in a to-go bag instead of serving it at the table. Also no fountain machine in the dining you must go to the counter and ask for refill.
