Today I drive through, as I often do, using the mobile app. It's really fast and efficient minus this one point. A point I really have come to dislike. I order via the app. I give the code at the drive thru speaker. The person on the other end thanks me for my order and tells me to head to the second window. Since I already paid via the app, I don't need to stop at the first payment window. I simply follow the instructions and roll past the first window to the pickup window. Then, a woman leans out window one and yells at me and tells me I need to pay. The employees really need to get on the same page as being yelled out for doing just as I was told is embarrassing and unnecessary. This has happened to me half a dozen times and I really wish they would stop not. On the upside, order accuracy seems to be up lately. I have not had to go back and correct my order lately. My husband is hospitalized and with great sadness, he will not be returning home. He asked that I stop on my way to the hospital and get him a strawberry smoothie. As I was placing my order, the employee was very impatient and I was trying to look on the board for what I wanted. She spoke broken English at best. My intention was to order a L smoothie. When I got to the window to pay, I'm handed a shot glass sized smoothie. I said I wanted a L. You paid for a small. Because no one speaks English all they kept saying was you paid for a small. Had they been questioned quiet and stopped interrupting and talking over me, they would have realized I would like a large and would pay for it. Rudest bunch of people I've ever encountered. I wasn't trying to get something free, was simply trying to get a large smoothie.

This location can occasionally be slow, but the food and overall friendliness of service are generally on point. I come here for breakfast most often and the breakfast sandwiches are always hot and fresh. The coffee is also surprisingly good and very smooth, not to mention well-priced between $1 and $3 depending what size you're getting and if it's hot or iced. I would recommend this location!

Service is very low par and most of the employees have really poor attitudes and don't care. This is my neighborhood McDonald's and I will never step foot in there again after I've gotten service at least three times. Three strikes out.....On one outing, I asked to speak to the manager and she could've cared less .

Who doesn't want an ice cream cone or a shake in this heat? Well this is my second time in this week trying to get ice cream and unfortunately they don't have it. Is not a surprise that McDonald's is known by not having ice cream and that might not be a big issue because there's other McDonald's in the area but the SERVICE is what makes the experience bad or good. Two times I have come here and the service including the greeting and how they treat you in general is upsetting. Just because not a welcome is more like with a bad tone and attitude saying "what can we help you" and then no thank you or have a nice day. I wish I could rate this place lower than a star. But unfortunately that cannot be the case. Disappointed from this location and be aware if you are coming of the service and the ambiance is not welcoming in my opinion. Never again.

I enjoy coming to this location due to the fast and friendly service. The breakfast and coffee and ordered to my liking. I always get the bacon egg and cheese McGriddle which, to me, is a great combination of sweetness and saltiness. The meal comes with hash browns also. I've always enjoyed McDonald's coffee and much prefer it over the other outside coffee spots. Even the amount of cream and/or sugar and type of sweetener can be specified when ordering through the app. PRO TIP: Download the free McDonald's app and place all orders through the app. This will accumulate points for you to redeem. Even if I didn't pre-order and going in to eat or waiting in the drive through, I order by the app. I've received many free or discounted items by the points that I would've purchased anyways.

They forgot our two orders of French fries. We drove home, opened our bags, saw they were missing, and drove back to collect them. Because we did not have our food bags with us (we left them at home, and only brought our digital receipts), they denied us any course of action other than simply ordering more and paying full price.This system is a joke; what's stopping a customer from taking fries out of the bag and claiming they didn't get any? How is that different than not having the bag with you at all when you go back to try and collect them?Sure, one could argue that we should have checked our bags before leaving the drive through. I'd argue they should have given us the food we ordered ahead of time through the app, especially given the fact that there was only one other car in the drive through during our visit, so they couldn't have been *that* busy.Won't be returning. No wonder this place is rated as low as it is.

Horrible! Messed up my order, never refunded for wrong item and on the top of everything was rude about it. Slow as snails. Waisted my time. Whatever McDonalds i go this is kind of service i receive. So i decided to delete their app and never go back ever again! Not only waist of time but always left with a bad mood and no appetite after all. Actually 0 stars would be nice option.
