McDonald's

This morning at 0500 my son and I went thru the drive through to get some breakfast. We got home and they forgot one of our 6 dollar bfast sandwiches. We go back and there is a foul snotty female in the drive thru and she's giving us attitude. So rude! No apology no nothing. Then the manager hands us the bag with the missing sandwich. No apology no nothing. This is the most incompetent McDonald's I have ever experienced. They are rude. They never get an order correct the first time and they have terrible unfriendly attitudes. They all need to go. Start with a clean slate and get the toxicity out of our McDonald's! 0 stars! Negative stars!

This place is the absolute worst! Last night as I pulled into the drive through, an employee came running out of the store, and after kissing the people in the car in front of me, she let me know that they were closing down the lane I was parked in. After apologizing for the inconvenience, she placed a 'Closed' sign in front of my car and assured me that she would help me move into the remaining open lane. As soon as she said that, she quickly walked away and went back into the store never to return.

The burger was almost cold, the fries were lousy. Worst McD,s experience ever. It's not like chik-filetwhere you always experience the same quality. The quality here is poor 8:30 on a Sunday night. Not a good post Super Bowl experience. You should be able to do better.

Went through the drive through 3 times tonight because they kept getting the order wrong. ‍ even if they get it right it's gonna be old, stale, and burnt so I'd pass. Better off grabbing a snack at the gas station

This morning, I ordered a #7 with coffee and brought in my own coffee mug. With McD's, it's 50/50 whether I can use my own mug or not. At this McDonald's, they allowed me to use my own mug. The cashier inside asked if I wanted my coffee in my mug and if I wanted hot sauce for my burritos. Perfect! I love when people ask questions to clarify!!I asked if I could leave my mug at the counter so I could run to the restroom and the cashier said of course. When I came out, she was standing guard over my order to ensure no one took my mug. That is fabulous customer service!!Also, the restroom was clean, the water from the sink was warm to wash your hands unlike the frigid water at other establishments, and they have a hand dryer instead of paper towels, which is a great step towards being more eco friendly.

the service was absolutely trash, they were rude and disrespectful, they were false advertising with the collectors meal, they claimed that the promotion hasn't started.there was ranch all over my food and the bag, my drink was water downed and wasn't full.

Pretty great service area was remodeled after the first of the year. They have a great staff and seems to be running good!!

Dumb motherf*****'s dont know how to count a 10 piece chicken nugget and dont know what a plain cheeseburger is ‍

There is no meat in this burger in plus this not okay it has one pickle and no meat at only ketchup and mustard on it

Once again this McDonald's sucks. I ordered 2 number 2 meals and a sausage burrito with a hash brown and a large sprite. As I got to the window I asked for a handful of hot picante and the girl said "oh I Going to charge you for that many" I looked at her weird because what mc Donald's charges for that many. Never in my life I had to be charged for hot sauce. They act like it's going out of their paycheck. I checked my bag and was missing two hashbrowns I told the girl and she's like is there a receipt and I said yes. I told her it's supposed to be meals. I asked for my two hashbrowns that I didn't get and she charged me for them. This mc Donald's for real sucks. I can't wait for the new mc Donald's to open hopefully they are better then this dumb location. Poor customer service.
