McDonald's

Typical McDonald's. This one "checks all the boxes" for a good example of we've come to expect from McDonald's - the restaurant was clean; the restrooms were clean; the staff was pleasant and efficient; the food was served hot and fast.It's McDonald's so don't expect gourmet food but if you're expecting a good McDonald's experience - this restaurant should meet your expectations.

Just give us our receipt! McDonald's receipts have a survey link on every receipt so you can get a free sandwich by filling out the survey and you never even ask us if we want our receipt. Make us tell you we don't want the receipt, just automatically give customers a receipt, especially those who pay with credit cards it's not that hard. I've spoken to managers before about it and I guess they don't seem to care much about their two star rating because they're still not doing what the customer wants.

While I was there, I had to get my drinks replaced and saw 4 other people getting other drinks replaced. The manager was so young, there is no way she was over 20. The service took forever and the portions of food were about half the size a normal McDonalds serves. raw chicken and a burnt bun. NOT worth your money and time.

Service is terrible, food almost warm, gave me half of what I ordered and then acted like it was my fault the order was wrong. Employees have very little understanding or ability to speak english. This is the second time I have had this problem in this store. Corporate needs to clean house and start over. I even warned a bunch of hunters about the store and told them they should go across the street to Carl's Jr. which they did.Will NEVER eat at this store again.

Always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but EVERY time I come they forget something, and can't listen to the order. I get a frappe most times if I come and always ask for no whipped cream. Without a doubt I always get whipped cream. Ordered a McCrispy with no pickles, got the bread and chicken ONLY, no lettuce, or tomatoes. This place is a joke

I always order KETCHUP ONLY on all of my burgers or anything. And more times than not I get everything on it. It ruins my meal every time as I am not going to drive 15-20 minutes back to get it fixed. Figured I could trust my food to be made correctly but I guess not.

If you want decent McDonald's just go to Aurora! As a matter of fact go somewhere other than here! Asked for no salt on any of my order in hopes of fresher then normal (no line present) when I got home burger was old, fries were old and soggy and had salt drenched on them, someone needs to definitely do a quality control on the food!

Coffee is awful. Added fake cream because Mc Donald's is to cheap to provide Half & Half and it was still bad. Added sugar and that didn't help.

When we went through the drive-through, the lady was very friendly and nice. Our food was fresh and delicious. Very good customer service

This place is a mess. Food is sloppily put together. Either cold or not even correct. My neighbor even got a chicken sandwich that was raw on the inside. Avoid unless it's the only place open. And even then just order fries, they seem to be okay at making those.
