It's McDonald's, food and service should be the same chain wide. But that's impossible. Because of the staff. However at this location at least in the morning the staff is exceptional. Whether it's the maintenance man that makes sure the drive is clean. Or the staff that comes by and checks on the tables to make sure everything is great. The morning staff does everything they can to make an everyday mundane experience, exceptional! Special thanks to Gabby and Maria.

Using the app for McDonald's has changed the game. For National Cheeseburger day, the $.50 burger was in app only. By using the app, the stores are more accurate than ever before. It was quick and speedy here as a result as well. Not bad for National Cheeseburger day.

This place continues to disappoint. I ordered an ie cream cone on my way home. I got an upside down cone in a cup?! Most places also hand you the receipt in one hand and change in another so the girl dropped all my change into the pavement at the drive thru window, deer in the expression, looks me dead in the face saying 'have a nice day' shut the window and ran away. It was all so fast it was insulting. If your ice cream machine isnt working DONT SELL ICE CREAM. Wont be wasting any more of my business at this location. This was the last straw here today.

Been waiting anxiously for last several months and. .finally they opened up today. Next to 24 hour fitness, great location to stop by for healthy salad or cold ice tea. I don't eat fries but noticed they serve in metal wire basket shaped like fryer basket.Newest concept so... got self help station to pay with CC and wait for your # to be called. They have large screen to tell you where you are. Also, have section to order drinks and grab pastries right next to the "refresh" section. Secret to this section but will share later.Also have 4 iPad stations to kill your time.Spacious, latest cool design, plenty of parking, easy in and out to Parker Road. *** no McPlayland ***

This McDonald's when it comes to customer service is severely lacking. They are rude, they constantly have an attitude, such as the night manager I don't know her name because she never wears a name tag. She is snappy, rude, is never nice. She rolls her eyes at me every time she has to check me out. I have done nothing to her. I pay for my food and leave. I will stand at the counter to pay for an unnecessary amount of time even though they have looked at me and know I'm there. The manager is no better with his poor customer service skills. Because the 2 most important people who train the employees treat their customers like dirt they too begin to display the same unsavory behavior and no one is there to correct it. These 2 need to go back to training out they shouldn't be working in the customer service industry. I paid for my food at 8:06pm I finally got it at 8:17pm for a hamburger.

I ordered a DoorDash expecting to get my order by my dasher sends me a text telling me the order doesn't have my order and that they are very rude my order was confirmed through the app so I'm sure they just didn't want to make it, if there is a manager on duty then this type of behavior is very sad and some action needs to be taking to get a staff that will actually work and not be rude and lazy.

i don't understand why employees these days are just f'ing a@@holes. If you don't want to treat people with respect and as a human. Don't like working with customers, If you can't put your phone and facebook down and treat someone with respect. You don't deserve a job. There are plenty of people trying who do want to work. Stopped by to pickup lunch, the manager working the window was rude, Whips open the drive thru windows and rudely demands to park, and slams the window shut, I had to yell get the window opened to ask something, her response was snappish and slammed the drive through window shut. RUDE. Now, I'm pissed. Then the person who hands out the food asked if i wanted ketchup, i didn't respond i was pissed, so he thought it was funny and he was being cocky when i reached for my bag, pills it bag and he pulled it back and told me to say please. if i could have reached through the window and punched the cocky smirk off his face.All because I had a question about the amount being charged for a piece of shit nasty ass mcds cheeseburger! Epic failure people!

Night Staff is so rude. They refuse to give my husband Large drinks when we ordered large twice one at the intercoms and one at the window.The guy working tonight has an attitude that makes you want to punch him. Don't bother coming here yes it's McDonalds but the customer service is so shitty they can't even be bothered to give someone sauce they toss things at you and honestly the manger working there (Hispanic manger) shouldn't be working in customer service if he hates his job that doesn't give him the right to treat everyone else like crap. I'm allergic to pickles and I can't count how many times they have gotten my Big Mac wrong and put pickles on it. The energy that this location gives can ruin anyone's night. I love McDonalds as much as anyone but when the customer service is this crappy makes me want to never go back. And no matter how many times a location gets bad reviews they never bother to retain the staff or try even the slightest to correct a problem I bet this review will be laughed at and brushed to the side but I wanted to express how horrible me and my husband were treated by specifically the night staff and manager. Save yourself time and energy and head to Burger King instead may not taste the same or make be cheap but at least they treat people like humans and not objects part of their daily routine. Is sad how it's always the same manger to. I guess he doesn't understand that one bad experience impacts a lot. I hate the fact that they don't even bother to put half an effort into their jobs. Again speaking about the night crew specifically. If I could give this location 0 stars I would and if the manger is even half decent an apology to me and my husband goes a long way. I've never been to a McDonalds that made me so mad I cried. Writing this made my blood boil and choke my food but like always no one is gonna care. The food was fresh and the facility was clean, it was nice to see people out for a change. My only complaint is that i think they may have forgotten to add sugar to my coffee. They even have phone chargers integrated on the table.
