McDonald's

Ordered a 2A medium combo. I was the only one in the drive-thru yet was told to wait in space 5. When I got to space 5, there was already a car in that space. It was a customer who went inside to order food while he had his dog in the car with the windows up. Not McDonald's fault, however, after this guy left and I finally got to park in the space. I still had to wait 10 minutes for my food. My fries were cold and soggy and the burger was overcooked- like many of the reviews have stated. In the future, I will go to the other McDonald's further east on Quincy that has better service and better food.

Apple pie and fries are very yummy. Lady at drive through could not hear very well but that's okay . But apple pie is 10/10 so it makes up for it.

I went through the drive thru at 11:30 at night. Didn't get my food until 12:05. Got home and it was the wrong order, but sealed so I couldn't check. When I called, the young lady told me I grabbed the wrong bag. As if there are options in a midnight drive thru. To their credit, when I went in the next morning for a refund, the manager was amazing. She was apologetic, sincerely wanting to rectify the situation. She completely took care of the problem and was great about it. So one point deduction for the midnight crew.

We paid in the drive through told to sit in the number 1 spot. 15 minutes later we drive back through the drive through no apologies and told at window 1 can't do any thing! Now at window 2 And they started arguing... forcing us to ask multiple times to get the money back and for the manager. Got the money back no nuggets They wear masks but don't cover their noses, they were inconsistent in the use of masks.

Ordered as I wanted and these dumbass gave me this shit!Don't feel like going here again!

Im a healthcare worker so to go get something quick and small shouldn't have to feel frusteribf. I was getting only a 6 piece with a Arnold Palmer it's hard to work on an empty stomach and to deal with the girl at the second window making ugly faces at me and not being able to give good service is crazy and unbelievable.

This particular location has a consistent issue of putting online, in app, and door dash orders at the from counter where normal walk ins order. There is a giant YELLOW square that says pick up when you walk in. A lot of times they use that. However a good 3 out of 10 times they don't. We shouldn't have to find our orders by chance, then go home and microwave the cold food that was never put in the pick up area. The receipt says pick up! McDonald's food is the same wherever you go. However this issue keeps happening to my local franchise and it really is getting old. If you're asking , yes I've told both morning and night managers more than once. They say they will address it and move on. It keeps happening.

Do NOT eat from here! I just came here a few hours ago and my son got food poisoning! They are not properly cooking, washing hands, or sanitizing and cleaning things... I left my number to be called back by a manager and I haven't heard back from them... Please don't feed your babies any of this crap from here.. I've been going to McDonald's for years and I've never gotten sick behind their food. Avoid!

They gave me no sauce with my order of numerous food items and tried to charge me $0.25 per sauce and they didn't give me any sauce with my order... since when is the dipping sauce extra? They should at least provide two complimentary sauce with an order... ridiculous... if this is how fast food is going to be, please stop supporting this nonsense
