McDonald's

This McDonald's is the best one where I live! I've been to a few other ones in aurora and centennial but this one on Parker is the best! Food is always hot and fresh and prepared amazing! The service is always amazing and quick! I personally never had any problems with this location and plus everything is always clean lately and every time I go there staff is always cleaning and wiping down the tables! Atmosphere is clean!

This place aggravates the bejesus out of me. When we eat it, we inevitable have to have my brother's sandwich remade because they don't read the order and there is cheese, often ketchup and mustard, on it. He does not eat American cheese and doesn't use those condiments on a burger. When we get it curbside, it's always missing items. Today, it was the two apple pies. Last time, it was the bag of ice.It would be easier to reconcile if they were rude. But they are polite. I am frustrated.

This location is incompitent. I paid for my order in the drive thru. The first lady did not hand me a receipt. I asked at the 2nd window and this lady informed me I could not get the receipt. I asked politely if she could get it. She said she could not. I was feeling overcharged for what I paid and wanted to count on the receipt making me feel better about it since its a company card. Wont be back to this location. Laziness is a disease. I regret the purchase entirely. Its only on a company card why on earth would i need a receipt?!

This McDonalds service is bad, employees are rude, and they do not bring food to the table as they supposedly per McDonald app. kids play area is not maintained properly. Trash cans are overflowing, dirty tables, and a dirty restroom is not for kids to use. Screens aren't working and no one's at the register who wants to take your order.

Just a PSA - if your store is out of a product you should let the customer know. I was charged for a sandwich they couldn't even make. And then charged again because I asked for a replacement. Do better.

This location is absolute trash. The service is beyond horrible and rude and they ALWAYS mess up your order.

Sat waiting in a parking spot for 15 mins for them to get the order wrong. Won't be coming back

This McDonalds always gets our order wrong. The service is terrible. I have to give my order 3-4 times and it's still wrong. No one ever tells me what my total is or confirms my order. I have to ask for a receipt. The menu boards in the drive through aren't even turned on most of the time.

The food is great, but I ordered 80 pieces of mc nuggets, but I only got mc 40 nuggets, and the mcdonald's employee hung up on me at 2:40 pm 12/17/2023 at my cousin birthday.

I ordered 80 nuggets on doordash and only received 40. I called thinking they had a mixup and explained the situation to whoever picked up the phone and they immediately hung up. In case the manager is reading this, the take out order was 1679 and had a number 60E13731. Just to clarify, we ordered 2 orders of 40 nuggets, i'm not mad about the nuggets but rather the disrespectful staff.
