Speedy service during the morning rush is always a plus. Order was correct and food was hot. Great stop in for food after the morning coffee pick up from Dutch Bros as they share a parking lot with this McDonald's. Two drive thru lanes and an easily viewable menu is a help as well.

Super fast service, just not very friendly at the order window. No pleasantries or thank you, just take your order and payment.. Service much friendlier at the food window. Food was served hot. Poached egg on McMuffin was overdone and more hard boiled.

We experienced the worst customer service ever. I'm not sure what's going on, but your manager has zero customer service personality. My daughter ordered the food on your mobile app she push the lane 7 number that she was at for pickup she waited, and nobody ever came out with her food so she unloaded my grandchildren and asked about her food and the manager said you did something wrong that she did not choose a stall my daughter replied with yes I chose lane 7 she at that point told my daughter that its her fault and as a resolution she told my daughter to re-order her food and pay again . I daughter tried to show her the charge on her bank account the lady was very RUDE and told her that she did not pay for her order and at that point my daughter was crying my two grand children were crying they were hungry this manager had no empathy no resolution for the situation my daughter called me crying that was her last 30.00 and this lady was rude. I went up there and the lady would not listen she was on the defense Going on about her way instead of trying to deal with this and trying to figure out a solution she looked on her phone and said she did not pay. I will be happy to forward you the charge along with the dispute. But some thing needs to be corrected and maybe your Manager at the store need more customer service training. I asked for the owner's number she refused to provide it. One of the other employees provided me with s -mail and apologized and said that the manager is always mean to the customers .. Please contact me to discuss in more detail I really feel this location needs to do better when it comes to your management team. The issue should have been resolved by your team in a better manner.

So the fast food breakfast they have is what my son likes and I go along with it. It's unclear to me how they still only get the order right 25% of the time. Like that's a real figure when you crunch the numbers. When I say, "hey I didn't order a coke I ordered a hash brown" and they say, "sorry you have to order another hash brown at the kiosk because it's more expensive than the coke (which I didn't order) it's annoying. I'm not trying to scam your company out of the 30 cent difference. You messed up. I just want what I asked for. In the end, I'm idiot for returning. I must subconsciously love parking my car and going back inside week after week. Bring your stress ball if you go here.

They didn't provide me with everything in my meal. I even tipped the girl 6 dollars to literally be ripped off. The crappy thing is I wasn't even given my receipt so I couldn't even prove it. Businesses like this that just take advantage of people are some of the reasons why this world is so crappy! Everyone wants to just take, take, take but not a single person is willing to give. A not willing to give what you freaking paid for!
