McDonald’s - Aloha St

Server was nice enough to look at their Happy Meal toys for me before I ordered. He found one I wanted and helped me order. Grabbed my meal from the to go counter after the associate put the toy I wanted into the box. I appreciate him.

Honestly had to wait 37 minutes for a medium Carmel frappe. Ended up leaving and not even getting the drink. Food was cold before I even got home and I live 5 minutes from this location. More mad at myself for not leaving after 10 minutes. I asked twice for how much long and got "it'll be right out".

My order is wrong every single time I order here. Always missing items. I shouldn't have to check my order before I leave!!!!! Poor management and training!

Have came maybe 3 times during the night as I get off late from work. Every single time someone is very rude and it takes 10-15 minutes just to receive our order and it's not even a big order. The food is cold half the time and really don't waste your money during the night crew. It's not terrible during the day but night is a whole different story. You should be able to keep the same service and food quality the whole day and at least keep a positive attitude.

me and my friend ordered cookies at 11:57 and asked about them three times and they were very rude until we asked this one lady who was kind and finally gave us our cookies at 12:40
