Mariachi Loco Mexican Grill & Taqueria

Long story short! I ordered something and did not get what I paid for. I called the manager multiple times and no response. I decided to go into the restaurant today to hopefully resort the issue being that I did not get what I paid for. Apparently the manager thinks I'm another customer that has previously complained.I am not that person I have no idea wtf they are talking about. Their food is good. I just want a refund for the 2 tacos this place did not give me. Honestly that's it. I was extremely irate and the called the police! What a joke this place is.I'm literally a regular customer wanting a refund for 2 tacos and it comes down to this!

I was excited to try since they stay open until 12am. However, the portions and sizing are wildly small. Street tacos could feed a child under 5 and not an adult. $22 for 6 small bite taco. Not enough, had to season but the quality of meat was nice. Service was friendly and fast. I wouldn't return.

I preface this by stating we are VERY picky and tough to please when it comes to mexican food. We have the bar set very high. Hence the 3stars We found that it's in a Convenient location, the place was very clean, the staff seemed joyous (demonstrated by the collective singing in one accord coming from the kitchen), & ample parking. The hours are unreal! Definitely go there vs taco bell after a late night out! We felt the portions were pretty decent, for the price. In order to please sir mixalot, i must add a big "but". IykykThe green chili enchiladas look great in the pic on the menu, and even irl, but that's where it ends. Although the chicken was tasty, the tortilla could use more saltiness, and the green chili sauce left one wanting. Its runny and lacks spice and flavor. The guys had a chili relleno plate and carne asada plate. They were both in the "1 & done" crew, not real impressed. The cheesy carne asada fries were rather disappointing. The cheese is nacho cheese, poured on way too generously and they were rather boring.The sauces were just not very flavorful, but their green salsa in a bottle is really good, not to mention their tortillas. I SO wanted to love this place. The beans were delish and the rice too- both are definitely authentic. We may try again bc they serve breakfast all day and i am a brekky, so giving a breakfast burrito a shot may be in order.

I hesitate to call this a hole-in-the-wall, because I usually think of that as dingy, dark, great food. Well, it is very bright, and still great food.You order at the counter. They have a few different menu options that I have not seen at other places. I have not tried them yet, mainly because I love their tacos. I go in telling myself to order something different but I end up ordering tacos à la carte.

Drink More aqua Fresca . Great Barria nice waitress. Torta is really good. Lots of authentic touches. Never crowded great for takeout.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the breakfast burritos. I ordered 2 "Classic" with mild green chili on line to pick up. I didn't know what their classic included, but I figured jt should be fairly standard including eggs, potatoes, cheese, some meat, maybe beans. Well...it was only eggs, cheese and lots of refried beans, and the mild chili was super mild, NO FLAVOR. Not knowing how spicy theirs might be, I didn't want to take the chance, but now I wish I had. I wonder if that has any flavor, They might have other good things, but I won't be going back to find out,The place seemed clean and well maintained when I went to pick up.

Food was great! Super yummy! I like that it wasn't greasy and had good flavor. Love the green and red sauce.

After an appointment around the area, I immediately craved shrimp tacos. Option online was only battered shrimp and I wanted grilled. They had grilled!While we were waiting, we were brought this amazing salsa that I would go back just for that!!!If you get birria, please get the consomé! Amazing. Mariachi Loco would be a 10/10 BUT I do think having a few options like pickled onions or maybe creamy Baja sauce would tie everything together!!

This was our second visit here! We love the Birria pizza, but today we tried other items. Two of us had the Birria taco plate and I had a the Bacon breakfast burrito. The Birria tacos were excellent. Oh, and they were roasting the pork on a spit outside for the tacos Al Pastor (the authentic method!) so my hubs ordered one Al pastor taco a La crate to try it - and he said it was yummy. My breakfast burrito was OK. The bacon burrito has eggs, bacon, cheese and potatoes. Well, the potatoes were actually fires which I'm not a fan of and it was VERY heavy on the fries. Next time I'll know to order without potatoes, lol. I will say the bacon, while not as crisp as I would like it was nice and thick and the tortilla was yummy!We sat outside on the little patio and were very comfortable. You order inside at the counter and then sit down. Then they bring you chips and salsa and the rest of your order. We all really liked the salsa. And the chips were fresh. I would agree with others that the drinks service is slow. I imagine you could stay at the counter and ask for Your drinks before heading to a table. They do not serve alcohol. They have like 5-6 Agua frescas plus horchata. I LOVE the strawberry agua Fresca - it tastes like strawberries and cream! And they have soda in cans and bottles.This place is a little "low rent" in expensive Lone Tree/Highlands Ranch, but we love the food and like that it isn't fancy. If you are local, it's on par with Tamale Kitchen.

Los tacos están ricos, pero las salsas no tiene sabor y super líquidas. No se saben El principio basico del taco es que debe estar acompañado de una buena salsa. Sin salsa sabrosa ... No hay taco bueno !
