I'm furious, I ordered pizza for 80 ppl last week. I called yeaterd to confirm they have the order. They said "we have a new system, I need to place it again" that's fine, I gave her the order, asked if 11:30 delivery would work, since it was a larger order. I was told it wouldn't be a problem, I just need to ensure we have a driver... I was reassured it was fine. Day off... I called when the order was supposed to be delivered. I was told it will be another hour. We have a new system and it wasn't working.... I think as placed on hold for 20 minutes!!! We ended up having to push our lunch back a hour and order off elsewhere. I wasn't even apologized to, I was just given the excuse that they have a new system....

The manager and I butted heads for a brief moment but in the end we worked through our issue and I was served a great pizza for the cost, it was delivered in a prompt manner and I am 100% satisfied with my decision. Thank you Emilio and the staff at Marcos

Great pizza!! Crappy service. I have ordered early and online. Delivery has been at last 30 minutes late. I have actually went and picked up because of the delay. If there are issues a call or email would be awesome.

Their pizza is good - or was in the past - have no idea how their pizza is now because I ordered my pizza 3 hours ago and it still hasn't arrived - their customer service is TERRIBLE! I ordered my pizza online at 3:30 pm, requesting delivery at 5:30 pm. It's now after 6 pm and no pizza. I called the location and talked with Mario, the Manager, who said they were "really busy that day". I replied "that's why I ordered my pizza at 3:30". No apology, no accommodation of any kind. Just received an alert that my pizza will be delivered at 6:23 pm. I asked him what he could do for me. He said "what do you mean?" I said my pizza was going to be an hour late and isn't there something he could offer that would make up for this terrible service? He replied, "like what?" I said, how about a discount off my order or a free dessert or something?" (Why am I having to come up with customer service solutions???) He said "I can take 10% off your order." WOWWWWW - a whole $2.80. Gee - thank you, Mario. You really know how to lose loyal a customer in a two minute conversation.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with an attitude. said her lobby was closed already when they close at 11pm. I didn't get their names , pizza was not good it was cold and they didn't want to make a whole new pizza so we could have some fresh ones.

I ordered delivery but wrong pizza was sent meat lover. They replaced it but the pizza was bland and no favor and just all grease. The chicken wing were bad. Like worse then Pizza Hut bad. I regret ordering and wish I never did. I would stay away and just order from else where. $32 bucks with $8 tip. Very dissatisfied
