Marco's Pizza

First time and last time with them, placed an order for delivery online, it stated 30 minutes (they are less than 5 minutes from me) and hour later they call and state they have no wings, not sure why they took so long! I asked for a sandwich instead, they said sure, super fast! 25 minutes late they showed up, the pizza with the order obviously was made and sat there because it was cold and nasty. The sandwich was ok but they charged me for the same cost when the sandwich was cheaper and they removed my 25% coupon. The driver said he would have a manager call, they didn't and then I did a survey and that stated they would reach out, they didn't. Not a great first impression, I was hoping someone would have reached out to fix this before I left a review, I guess not!UPDATE: Contacted them on Instagram and all they say is someone will reach out, they never do, they just hope you go away, no response from store and no refund of the over charge! They will not last long here, worst service ever!

Wow this is what we ordered Large Half & Half PizzaFirst HalfDeluxeOriginal Crust, Pizza Sauce, Base Cheese, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushroom, No Onions, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Extra Cheese,Second HalfDeluxeOriginal Crust, Pizza Sauce, Base Cheese, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushroom, Onions, Green Peppers, Jalapenos, Extra Cheese, We got onions on all of it. Jalepenos on most of it. No black olives no extra cheese and undercooked. Yeah no thanks for $36 isn't worth it!

Ordered 2 times from here and the pizza was amazing! Ordered the Margarita and Hawaiian pineapple pizza. Also the cauliflower crust pizza is so delicious. Delivery both times was fast and on time.

Worst ever delivery service! Waited 30 minutes past the delivery time the first time and it still wasn't ready. So I cancelled. This time they tell me it won't be ready for an extra hour when I called again, AFTER IT WAS ALREADY DUE TO ARRIVE! I am done with Marco's. Don't waste your time, not sure why they take orders when they can handle them. I wish there were ZERO STARS.

Went in on monday night and Alicia was great she kept a smile on her face despite working alone she had a great attitude and over the top customer service!!! Because of this worker you guys gained a lifetime customer. Thank you Alicia

I tried to order a pizza 3 separate times1st time was told to get the app for specials - they didn't have specials without the app. I don't have the app and should not need one to get the specials.2nd time (Sunday, Sept 29) they didn't answer phone & online was out for this store (could not order online for this store)...they must have been closed during open hours, or just ignored customers.3rd time I was ready with the special from the web site, but the store would not take my order without a code. The online special didn't show any code.Ordering a pizza should not be this difficult.

Clean and quick! Great pizza and salads! Always order from app and pick up. Always timely and delish!

Just got delivery. Pizza is delicious but this Greek salad is out of this world delicious! 10/10 would recommend
