Marco's Pizza

Husband picked up our pizza this evening and told me about the 2 employees working their buttons off, taking calls that were ringing off the hook, while 1 kept trying to cut the pizzas. Our food was excellent and just wanted to give kudos to the 2 that were doing a fantastic job under the circumstances, well done and hope your boss sees this.

DO NOT GO HERE!! This use to be our favorite go to for pickup & delivery but it's gone so far downhill they don't even care. Wait times are ridiculously long & when you call they blame it on "we only have one driver". We brought our issues to the manager and he really didn't care. Too many good pizza places around. Don't waste your time. Such a shame

We have ordered a few times from here with no issues. Our last order wasn't exactly this we ordered it and that was was upsetting. But the pizza is delicious.

1.5 hours went by and our food still wasn't prepped. We called and was told it hasn't even been placed in the oven. First and last time ordering here.

We ordered Marco's Pizza for a meeting last night and pizza was great. Several people at the meeting said that it was the best pizza that they had ever had. The delivery was on time and the delivery man was helpful.

Pick up only!! They don't tell you that they use DoorDash so when the pizza is supposed to be delivered, DoorDash is only being called to pick it up and it shows up 40 minutes late!

We ordered pizza for delivery, paid w a credit card and planned to tip w cash as it helps delivery people w taxes. Time came and went and we had to call and ask where the food was. Our order was cancelled wo any notification or reason. Apparently they didn't have drivers so they outsourced to door dash and when there wasn't a tip on the slip, no one picked it up to deliver.If we hadn't called, we'd have never known. Had to call the next day and get the credit card charge removed. What a joke.They offered free pizza but seriously, if you couldn't get us what you said you would when we wanted to pay full price, why in the world would we trust you to deliver free food qo spit and boogers? Very disappointed. Never tried it and now, never will.Terrible management could've given us a heads up so we'd have time to order elsewhere, but nope. Went hungry that night. Good luck if you want food from these guys.What a bunch of idiots to throw away good food someone wants to pay for.

Way too much crust around the pizza and the wings were cooked until black. Not sure why they send out food that's not right.

The service was terrible. I ordered two pizzas at 5:55pm. Called to find out where my order was and they couldn't find it. After being placed on hold for several minutes, they couldn't tell me when it would arrive because it was picked up by Grub-hub at 7:00. It finally arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes after I ordered (7:15!). It was an hour and 1/2 late, cold AND the wrong order! We were very disappointed. However, they did give us a refund.

Well tried calling at 1013 to order a pizza on 11 May 23 and was asked to be placed on a brief hold I said of course. After 12 minutes went by I had my wife call while I was on hold. Same girl says oh we stopped taking orders. We asked oh at what time she said "usually 30 minutes before" my wife says we'll it's 1025 and no coherent response. I then get on the line asking if it was the same girl who placed me on hold now 15 min ago she said yea... clearly this girl just didn't want to do her job and put us on hold never intending to let me order. I remained on hold to see if she would ever pick up. 22 minutes and she ended the call
