Marco's Pizza

Look, I'm not the kind person to leave a review by any means. I'll sum it up in a nutshell for everyone to understand. My mother and I just wanted two pizzas for take out. We waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes and some individuals we're getting their food before us. We remained composed. The bar tender was doing absolutely nothing and left the scene. By the time we finally caught someone at the front counter, we asked for our money back. Apparently, our pizzas were not even made yet.For the owner or manager in charge of this establishment - this isn't a good look. At all. Get your responsibilities and dignity together or close shop.Period.

This was delivery. My daughter was having a bunch of college friends over for the evening and we ordered Marcos. There were two cheese and two pepperoni pizzas. Not sure what happened enroute, but it looked like the two cheese pizzas got dropped somewhere along the way. They were both curled up at one end like the boxes had landed on their side.The college students did not care about the presentation and the pizza was consumed. I was not thrilled because it is not cheap to get pizza these days. And to have paid what I did and have half my order look like that was disappointing. I'm better off picking it up in the future.

Well decided to try this place again after 12 months. BIG MISTAKE. Not sure how this place has stayed in business and don't wish ill will on anybody, but this place needs new owner or management. Or just close the doors. I waited over an hour for my order. Called to be told it was delivered to the wrong address. Sorry. Not buying that one with today's technology. Manager said they would remake order. No apology. No offer to make it right. DONE with this place. Should have ordered from Abo's from the start.

Ordered for delivery on 7/7/24 at 4:33 PM. Estimated delivery at 5:03 PM. It's not 5:37 PM and order status is "Constructing Pizza". No one is answering the phone here. Have also been on hold for 13+ minutes to get order update. Horrible service. Apparently, based on other reviews posted shortly after my order, the entire location was closed. Would have been nice for them to turn off their ordering system so customers don't waste their time ordering and waiting.

Shame on me for thinking it was just a one off. I ordered and they said it would be 40min for delivery, it took 1.5 hrs. Same thing happened first time I ordered from here. Will never order from them again.See other comments regarding delivery status.

Absolute disappointment. Placed a "future order" around 4 pm for a delivery at 7 pm. Order didn't arrive until 7:50 pm and it was completely wrong. I requested thin/lite crust and they made it with thick crust. They put on white onions instead of red onions. I asked for square cut and they did pie cut. The receipt even listed all of the requests and they still got it wrong. Clearly, everyone working at this location could care less what the customer actually requests and just makes what they want...

Delivery through DoorDash is awful. I miss Pizza places having drivers. This was my last time ordering pizza with any company that doesn't use their own drivers.

Placed an order for pickup and it was prepared correctly and ready for pickup at the promised time. Staff was attentive and friendly. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Pizza was as expected.

I decided to treat myself and order from Marco's Westminster location tonight, as their pizzas are slightly expensive. I received a confirmation email saying my order would be delivered at 5:47. After waiting until 6pm, I decided to call. I was immediately put on hold by their system and told my call would be answered as soon as someone was available. I waited 30 minutes and finally gave up. I decided to drive over and pick up the order myself, I get there and the building is dark. Left on the door was a crappy paper sign tapped shoddily to the door (see picture) saying they were closed. TURN OFF you ordering system and phones if you can't be open. They have lost my business entirely as a company.

I tried once again and again the same result I place a order they say it is ready and out for delivery 20 minutes later and then it takes 55 minutes for them to deliver it the 4 miles to my house cold and 60 % of the order missing . I call and complain and they just say we got busy and don't offer to fix the missing food or cold food or anything. So stuck with family and guests and a cold partial order. Pretty sad!!!
