Great experience at Manitou Brewing. We went around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. We had no problem getting a table for 6. They have a good drink selection- I ordered the Into the Juice Hazy- I definitely recommend. For my meal I ordered the buffalo wings and the poached pear salad. My daughter ordered the mac n cheese (plain). Everything was really good especially my salad! Our waitress was great! She came back to our table several times. Everything was reasonably priced. I would love to check out their patio in warmer months. It was a great first visit!

This is a MUST stop location, especially after tackling The Incline! It's a perfect spot to reward your efforts with a delicious meal and great drink.After the hike we were craving a solid burger and they did not disappoint here. Perfectly prepared and hardy, they hit the spot perfectly. They have a good selection of beers that won't disappoint and will refresh you nicely. There's a good mix of indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of shade. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.Great place to come! And a definite recommendation!

It's a hole in the wall restaurant & bar. Their hamburger was delicious! The service was fast, but we were there during off peaks. There are seatings inside and outside, but this place can get packed up pretty fast as the space is kinda small. I will definitely come back for the food.

Manitou Springs Brewery is a gem! We stopped in and ordered three different beers, each one better than the last--great variety and expertly crafted. As we were just stopping in for a post-hike bite and beer, we decided to go with just some drinks, and ordered the chicken nachos, which were absolutely delicious. The toppings were generous, and the flavors were spot on. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. We sat outside in the very cozy courtyard! Highly recommend this spot for great brews and tasty bites!

With all the times we've been to Manitou Springs, I'm not sure why we've never stopped in before. With a dog-friendly patio and good-looking menu, it was our first stop today.I started with a flight of the Burro Barn Brown Ale, mountain shadow dry Irish stout, Mocha man Randy savage stout, and night bird porter. Of the four, the Mocha Man Randy Savage Stout was both of our favorites. My wife enjoyed two of those, and I had one after finishing the flight. She didn't care for the other three beers. I thought the brown ale and porter were both decent but not as good as the stout.For lunch, we both got the quinoa burger with truffle fries, and it was delicious. Would definitely stop in and get it again the next time we're in town. Service was friendly and consistent from start to finish. Great spot!

This place was really good. BEST PRETZELS AND QUESO WE HAVE EVER HAD!! They are sourdough pretzels and are sooooo amazing MUST TRY! The Mac and cheese was amazing too and the BLT chicken wrap was so good. The brussel sprouts were good but not my favourite. They like peeled all of the brussel sprouts so it was 80% brussel sprout chips and 20% actual brussel sprouts. Overall everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Service was fast and she checked on us a lot. In my opinion our waitress was great and really sweet. It the other end of the table had not the best experience with her and mentioned that she came off rude a couple of times. She was a bit snappy with them but I didn't really notice. It was LOUD like very loud and it's a small space so we had to scream to talk to one another. A bit crowded and just really loud. Overall this is a good lunch/drink spot in Manitou Springs and I would return if I'm ever nearby again!

Delicious, innovative beers! Loved the lavender beer and the many other kinds that we tried. Would definitely come back and get a growler to go next time.

Located in downtown Manitou. If you can find parking in the street you got lucky. Easier to park at the paid parking down the street for $2.00 an hr. This place is small so it gets busy during certain times. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Everyone is welcomed including family and kids. I'll make this review short because it's a bar and it has liquor and bar food. We had there the incline burger and the steak tacos. Everything was good had plenty of flavor and was prepared good. Overall service was good and our server was friendly.

Manitou Brewing is the place to go after you hike the Incline. A good variety of beer and fun flight options. Our server was fun and provided great service. It can get crowded so you may have a bit of a wait.

Visited a friend in Colorado and we headed to Manitou Brewing Company after a day of hitting the sand dunes. I've heard good things about this spot as someone else had recommended it as a stop. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, we chose to sit outside. We were starved so we only thought about ordering food. Our waitress was silly, joking about us coming to a brewery and not ordering any drinks. It was a good laugh. The staff we encountered here were all friendly and kind. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, while my friend ordered the wings. These meals were just what we needed on our way home. I love me a good bbq flavored anything and this sandwich did not disappoint. They have an awning for outdoor seating, which came in handy when it started to lightly rain and then pour. We finished our food just in time. Because of the rain, the only unfortunate experience was that we weren't able to explore the town more.
