Mama's Cafe

We used to come here a lot, but Mama's is a bit of a hike from where we live nowadays. We had the chance to visit again recently. As always, the service is so friendly and the food is honest. I've always been a fan of their bottomless coffee. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up a great deal. (Of course, like many other places post-Covid.) I wish, however, that they'd put some of this back into the business, such as cleaning up the dining room and fixing up the restrooms. I still like Mama's and recommend it though, especially as a reliable breakfast place in Commerce City area.

The food is great. The service is slow and twice now we have shown up during opening hours and they are closed. Horrid business practice. Owner cry' and moan that they need more business but they are always closed. We have referred them and sent people and they tell us they go and it is closed. No more. We are Done!!

This place is like a ghetto Denny's. The service is short of ok. If u get a cheeseburger u pay 1$ for cheese and the cheese is about half the size of a regular slice of cheese. Gawd for bid u ask for anything on ur burger they bring it all for you to do urself. I'm sorry for a 12$ burger that's the least they could do. If ur expecting the server to come check on u ull wait a life time. For a Mexican type place I thought I'd have flavor on my burger but they just cooked the meat no salt no pepper nothing. I would recommend Wendy's over this place or even McDonald's. Loved trying to speak to the waiter just to have him walk away. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Waiter grabbed the inside of my Togo container after using cleaning products to clean a table. Gross

I was excited when we stumbled upon this place thought it was going to be a great little ma and pa type restaurant, unfortunately this was the slowest place I've been too in a while after about 15 minutes they got our drinks and let us know they where short a cook. We decided to be patient and give them a fair chance. However a few more ppl came in after our order had been placed and after waiting for more than 40 minutes and seeing how the ppl that came in after us were served before us, we decided we no longer wanted to eat here. My hubby politely let the server know we would no longer wait and they could put our food to go, my hubby also told the server that we didn't appreciate being skipped and agin the excuses came claiming that the reason for that was because our order was more time consuming to make when all we had ordered were a couple omelets in conclusion we will never go back to this place again.

The food is very fresh.Excellent service. Excellent lunchtime restaurant because its quick. I bet dinner is even better.

Stopped in this hidden gem one freezing cold morning when temperatures were 0 degrees just to warm up and have a quick breakfast, I was having a rough day... I ended up loving the food here and have been a customer ever since. I do not live in Commerce City so it takes a little extra time to come here but I don't mind at all. Their food is delicious and screams freshly homemade directly to your taste buds. Their staff are always on top of things, they offer refills and always make sure your meal looks and tastes as expected.

Went in and the man working the cash register just looked at me. I told him I had a pickup for my meal. He doesn't respond and walks away. After 10 min he brings me my meal to go. I paid and said thank you and he just walked away again without responding. I get back to work and opened my food and the onion rings are terrible. Will not go back to this place.

Delicious food and efficient service. Chicken in the flauta was very tasty. Salsa was excellent and the Greek salad with gyros was one of my favorites.

Worst onion rings I ever had.Burger was thawed from a frozen patty.Will never ever return.

The food was pretty good. But it was very dirty. I got to sit in a booth where is was very dusty/ dirty and basically it was falling apart. The window I sat next to was very dirty as well with food crumbs everywhere and the blinds need some cleaning to do since it was stained with ketchup and other things. There was fruit flys everyone. It was very bad that I had to get my drink changed twice bc the fruit flys kept on getting in. And seems like I got the server mad regarding my drink made me feel like if ot was me doing it on purpose. I. can just imagined how the kitchen looks it they don't care about the cleanliness of where people eat.
