Maggi's Kitchen

I've been to Maggi's once for breakfast! Everything was delicious, so I definitely can't say anything negative about the food. My grandma eats here frequently and loves it so much, everything she has tried has been delicious, especially French toast. I will say it's quite pricey, and our wait was pretty lengthy, perhaps they were understaffed when my family arrived. I would try it again, as it's so close to my new place and has a very quaint, homey vibe.

If you're in the mood for cheap, delicious diner food, right next to the highway, go to Maggi's! We ordered the enormous breakfast burrito and it alone was too much food for two hungry adults. We didn't know that, though, so we also ordered a side of corned beef hash, which was cooked to crispy perfection. Rheannon was our lovely waitress, who was friendly and attentive to us and even to our doggie.

Awesome kitschy little dinner spot. Our hashbrowns actually came out extra crispy when we asked for it, and the over medium eggs were perfect (no shloopy whites!). The pancakes were absolutely incredible. Light and fluffy but with crispy edges and a lot of flavor. I do wish they had real maple syrup for an up charge but not a big deal. Service was also quick and friendly, and the restaurant was super clean. Loved it, and my husband, toddler, and I ate and drank and went home with leftovers for $33.Quick edit- just saw the one star review and this person has to be a competitor or something. You literally can't microwave whole-yolk eggs or they'll explode and the first thing my husband and I noticed was how clean it was. Guy is full of it.

Wow, what a find! I love diners and this is the best! This little gem is tucked right off of I-25 and 119 towards Longmont. I've read great reviews and I have to agree. The food was delicious, plentiful and well priced. My daughter and I tried it out this morning and loved the menu and our waitress was great. You need to try it out and I'm sure you'll agree!!!

I love Maggie's. They have been a go to since before Covid. Great food & portions. Service is top notch 100%. Now I'll need to find their new Meade location.

Exceptional staff and economical breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly. Moving soon a few miles north to Mead, Colorado.

While the food at this restaurant is undeniably amazing, the experience has consistently been disappointing due to poor service and long wait times. Over the last five visits, each trip has turned into a 2-3 hour ordeal, whether it's getting seated or waiting for our food. Most recently, we arrived at 10:20am and by 11:50, we still hadn't received our meals. Meanwhile, we watched multiple tables that were seated after us get their food, eat, pay, and leave.At what point does the staff step up and figure out what's going wrong? This restaurant desperately needs to implement systems--whether it's for managing the waitlist, ensuring the waitstaff knows who was seated first, or keeping the kitchen running efficiently.Being busy is great, but it doesn't equate to success if the guest experience is poor due to disorganization. The chaos we've encountered has ruined what could have been a great dining experience.Thank goodness for the Waffle House next door because we were starving!

Great classic breakfast for a great price. Our server was friendly and helpful, and took time to make us feel welcome as out of towners. Pancakes were a standout along with the corned beef hash, but everything was great.

My boyfriend and I took my mom there for a weekday lunch. Food came out quick. I love that you can order breakfast even at lunch time. Everything was yummy. You get quite a lot of food, too. I ordered the corn beef hash and took home left overs. Don't let the location scare you off. It's a great little hidden gem, clean, airy, nice staff. Will definitely be going back.

We have been going to Maggie's for years. The food is very good and they have a senior menu. However, the last time we were there I noticed there weren't as many patrons. I also noticed that my iced tea was terrible (cloudy and tasted instant) and the floor in the back room was so sticky I had to wash my shoes when I got home.
