MAD Greens - Park Meadows Dining Hall

The service was amazing and the food was delicious! The people were especially kind to my daughter.

The staff here are horrible and judgmental. I was refused service because of my looks. I was told that I didn't fit their client base and that I should go eat somewhere else that's more suitable for me. When I posted this review originally, I was contacted by the "owner" or maybe a manager and was told to contact them to discuss the problem. When I did, I was promptly ignored. Go figure! I can see where the staff gets their attitude from. I'm never going here again and I strongly encourage everyone else to avoid this place too

Great place for a big, healthy salad! You get a lot for 10 bucks and you can change ingredients if you want. Kinda surprised that so few of the menu items are vegan by default though. The service is fantastic. My salad-maker was so kind that she let me use her free-shift meal when I couldn't find my wallet. I did end up finding it later if you're wondering lol

Mad Greens has been one of my favorite 'fast food' places for years. Especially when I started to follow a plant based food plan - my go to order is the Buddha Bowl, I substitute the red onions for garbanzo beans and request the spicy pumpkin seeds versus regular. They have a wonderful vegan dressing that is so yummy. And when I go there with my non vegan friends or family, there are great options for everybody.Today, I went to a local Mad Greens and asked for my ' go to' order. The last question is how much dressing do you want. At most places I would ask for a 'medium amount' and often have to ask them to add a little more. Each worker is a little different which is understandable; well I watched how much she gave me and I asked her if she could add a little more. Unfortunately, it ended up being way too much - yuck. I went back and ordered a second salad with no dressing so I could mix them and reduce the heavy dressing in the first one. The woman who took my order was the same one 10 min earlier. She ended up giving me a free salad. WHAT!!! That was such a blessing. I told her that I asked for the extra dressing & I was totally willing to pay for it. Her response was, 'It's quite alright, you shouldn't have to pay for it if you didn't like it.'That made my day and now I have a second salad for tomorrow.

Excellent option in the food court of Park Meadows. Friendly and helpful service with healthy food! I had the Siam I Am salad, added chicken, and a green juice. The larger salad option was so much food! I loved the salad, but I wished I had gotten a little more dressing. Totally my fault though! They asked if I wanted it light, medium or heavy with dressing. I said heavy and the guy that was putting the salad together asked if it looked okay, to which I said it did. Again, the service and food were excellent. If I find myself back in this mall I'll definitely pay Mad Greens a visit.

I like the Mad Greens on Arapahoe a lot better. This location left out 1/5th of the salad. For $10 and some change, I expect a full salad. The other reviews are correct, the employees are very unhappy and do not provide any customer service.Update - I completed a survey and Janie from Mad Greens responded the next day and apologized for the situation. I'm am satisfied with the customer service provided after the fact but I did have to complete the survey in order to receive it.

So, I absolutely love Mad Greens but EVERY time I come to this location, the rice is undercooked. So it ruins the meal and it feels like I'm chewing on pebbles and rocks. I'm hoping this review gets seen, so they can start checking the rice and grains before serving them to people. Undercooked rice is practically inedible. Other than that, the staff are respectful and efficient.

This is within a food court, so there are many options nearby within a large atrium. Service was quick, and the guy and gal behind the counter were both friendly.Maybe it was my mistake for trying the BBQ Mac & Cheese at a salad restaurant, but it was terrible. The chicken had absolutely no seasoning, the sauce had little cheese, and the toppings were not fresh. I regret not taking a photo.

Why ask you employees to wear food prep gloves when they just go from handling money to handling food!?!?! Please explain to the single person working why I asked her to replace them and then left because she didn't.

I bit into a coin that was in my salad.There was a nickel in my salad. I bit down on it, and it really hurt. Luckily I did not Crack my tooth. The manager was very professional and issued a refund. This is still very dangerous and should be taken seriously in the future. I am okay but I hope they figure out how coins end up in their food.
