Got here right before they closed (mostly open for lunch) with my partner and his family. I was impressed by the Elote Mac Bowl I ordered and the size of everyone else's salads. My meal had white cheddar bowtie pasta with roasted corn, their MAD Spice, Southwestern chicken and cilantro chili lime dressing drizzle. Delicious and filling. This place is great for kids and adults like, which is perfect for being next to the Denver Art Museum. Easy walk over and plenty of seating throughout the restaurant. There's refreshing drinks available and caramels and other sweets for sale. Customer service is great. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back again but totally if I was already visiting DAM!

We needed a quick bite to eat before an appointment so Yelp directed us to Mad Greens. Up front, the parking is terrible and we had to pay to park in a lot for only a really short visit. I ordered a build your own bowl with quinoa and chick peas as my proteins. The options are super healthy and fresh, but the dish was ICY! I like this business but I think I'll stick with their other locations in future.

Got a wonderful salad and ate outside. The service was excellent and there were many choices! This place is super clean and I loved every bite! As I was coming back in to return the fork that I borrowed the man at the door asked how my salad was. I told him great! He was smiling and said thank you!

My husband and I stopped here for a quick healthier lunch before exploring the city. I love Mad Greens because they have an allergen menu that is easy to navigate with delicious meals. My favorite salads are the Ty Cobb and Don Quixote. I will often change out the protein for shrimp. Also since I cannot have cheese they will allow me to substitute for another item. Score!! This location is nice because it is located near the Art Museum. We were going to check out the museum but it was currently sold out for the times we could go. Boo.

Restaurant of the Denver Art Museum. Healthy menu options and soda is offered but cola is Mexican Coca Cola products. I am ok with that. I've seen this offering before being offered because it is made with cane sugar vs fructose syrup in American made Coca Cola. Whatev... You go through a line as they put your meal together in front of you, pay at the end of the line, get your drink from the self-serve soda fountain, then find a seat.I opted for a steak wrap with a diet coke. It was delicious and just right for 13.00 and a treat after visiting the museum for their grand Monet exhibit of 120, repeat 120, of the masterpieces.I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The variety of salads is great and you can do custom ones too! The set up is chipotle style and you would think it is for time efficiency but there is obviously some work on that. It seemed that the end stations hold up the line and it's rather slow. Forget a quick lunch if the line is long. The wrap was really good. The chipotle Caesar dressing delicious. The soups of that day were a list of 3. We picked the chicken one and the roasted pepper one, both delicious. The place is very loud. It's also self cleanup. Rather pricey for a self serve style but it's new and trendy, which makes sense why. The staff was very friendly. Don't go for a quiet sit down.I would go again for the food. They also have other locations.

Our food was good, but unremarkable. The drinks are where Mad Greens really shines. My Almond Joy latte was a perfect blend of coconut and chocolate, and my daughter raved about her Strawbery Cooler juice smoothie. The ordering system is a little weird- if you're familiar with The Mixx or Ingredient restaurants, Mad Greens runs the same way, which is to say it runs not like a well-oiled machine because nobody can figure out where to go to order which menu item. Really wish it was more centralized and streamlined. Really nice staff, and a sparsely decorated but good size outdoor seating area looking onto the Denver Art Museum. It was 80 degrees the day we were there- bliss.

A colleague bought lunch for me. I picked the Mad Caesar which is the house grilled chicken in a bed of romaine lettuce and tomatoes. Parmesan and house made croutons top this salad. The dressing I have is the Caesar of course. I like the dressing light because otherwise it feels like the salad is drowning in dressing and I am unable to finish it. I do not like salad leaves soaked and limp in dressing. A light crunch is preferable. My advice is dressing on the side or light dressing. If you're buying lunch for someone, dressing on the side is the way to go. That way they can eat it when they want. The Mad Caesar is my go to when I'm not interested in looking at the menu or I want something I know will be tasty. Not fancy and different, a solid choice. Can't go wrong.

Just had one of my worst experiences here. The service was rushed. They ended up giving me the wrong wrap.Half way through the wrap and I get a massive taste of tobacco?!?!? I've smoked cigarettes in the past, but I never thought I'd get one in a wrap. Disgusted and tossed. I will never go to a Mad Greens again.

I would give it Another half star if I could because I feel like it was a little better than average but not much. Ask for dressing on the side and it is a 4 star experience. I did not, and even asked the attendant to stop when they went in for more dressing but still got more dressing than salad. However, the salad was otherwise good. And a decent value for downtown Denver. We were at the Library and it was a super short walk. Nice outdoor dining. Can't remember what was like inside honestly, but it was clean and there was a dining room. The staff were really nice. I wish I had just asked for dressing on the side. If I go back I'm going to and may amend my review accordingly.
