Lucy Restaurant

I always forget that Yelp likes to save drafts. HA! This place is amazing. I remember my steak being done the way I like it (medium). You well done people are ANIMALS! NO! The team was cool and accommodating. The best part was they escorted us down to a special area in ComedyWorks... I felt "pinky out" fancy!

The burger was quite good and service was fast and friendly. Eating dinner at the restaurant before a show at comedy works makes it convenient to find seats and sit very close to the stage. It was fun to try Lucy's once; however, if I had realized that there was still a 2 item minimum in the comedy club for restaurant patrons then I probably would have skipped the restaurant and just ordered some of the food items available in the club to save a little money.

Super delicious meal before the comedy show. We had the Asian chicken salad and the chicken bacon burger. Both were delicious and we sampled each others dishes. The staff were attentive and made sure we had time to get to the show downstairs without making us feel rushed.

Unfortunately I can not give a good review nor recommend this place for other people. The service was slow and cumbersome. After ordering my dinner, it took forever to come out and when it did, it was cold, hard, and dried out like it was sitting on the counter all day long. I wouldnt even feed the food that was clumsily served to me to a stray animal. I thought that my dessert would be better, but alas, it was not. The cheesecake was so dense, heavy and dry that I almost had to use a knife to cut through it where normally it should be light, moist, and fluffy. I should have known by the old outdated décor and furniture that this would not be a good night.

This place was okay overall. The server was very nice and helpful! The food was okay. It came out within 20 minutes which is great, but it makes me skeptical sometimes. The steak appetizer came out within 5 minutes which was nice. It was not as tender as we were hoping for, and it could have used more sauce. The chicken club was good and my boyfriend ate all of his linguine! My dad had the blackened chicken penne pasta, and he said it was fairly bland and a bit too soupy.

Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this restaurant is. Decorated nicely and has great outdoor patio with nice views. The staff are excellent at making you feel special. Food is mediocre. This place is nice to come before the comedy show, so you get better seating, and treated so well. It's the experience you go for.

Super convenient and a nice place to go before seeing a comedy show! The experience was overall very positive, we went for our anniversary prior to a show at Comedy Works and with the reservation we got priority seating reserved for the show, which made the experience worth it for us. The waitstaff were quick and did a great job. The food wasn't incredible, but definitely not bad. They had a few gluten free options to choose from and went to check with chefs with necessary to confirm allergy information. The restaurant got more crowded as show time approached, but never felt cramped or too busy that it was hard to get service.

My husband had found a ' secret place' as newbie's to CO and for our anniversary brought me to Lucy. We climbed the stairs as we entered a beautifully decorated place. Staff were immediately attentive and seated us. Our server (after taking our orders) we noted; was also making drinks, he was like a magician. Super fast and right on spot. (He even remembered the extra items we asked for)Our dinner arrived perfect. My husband's: hot (spaghetti) mine cool: (Cobb salad) Delicious. It was a quiet place, and just perfect. After dinner we were 'escorted' to the best part of our night. **The Comedy Works South, right downstairs for the best show we've seen in years. See review there. Thank you.

Really wanted to like this place! I think it's good for drinks at the bar- it's so cute. Service was perfect. The food was ...borderline disgusting. I ordered the steak and the meat and sauce weren't even seasoned. Like they didn't even try to add any salt or spices. I ate a strip and a half of the steak and abandoned it. My husbands mahi was so small it was pretty ridiculous- like a 2x2 piece.A very convenient little spot to dine before a show- but they need to be respectful of their patrons and really try to make dishes that we can eat. It was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had - foodwise.

It was absolutely terrible. We got the seafood linguine and steak bistro plate. The linguine had absolutely no flavor!!! Asked for medium rare steak and got well done. The manager was not accommodating and made us pay for the linguine that I took TWO bites of!
