Tuesday June 2nd 2015. Civic Center Eats 2015 LUNCH Time was about 11:05hrs ish.Portion size is doable. Taste wise doable though they can do better. Its filled with HUGE Chunks of LOBSTER Meat. The cost was $16.00 per Traditional Lobster Bun. The TAX included for the purchase was $2.60. It comes with Coleslaw. There is room for improvement by this Lobster Food Truck in town.If I could recall correctly, my friend ordered the "HOT" kind of Lobster Roll, while I opt to have the "COLD" kind of Lobster Roll. We received our order about 11:20hrs ish.Take note, you need to come to this Food Truck WAY EARLY coz, the lines to wait can be lengthy for some if you are on a time crunch just to have Lobster for your Lunch. May return to this FOOD TRUCK hopefully one day in 2016 so perhaps my review might differ.Man, by writing this review it brought me fond memories WAY BACK in YEAR 2000 back in Maine. If ONLY MAINE is closer in real life. *SIGH*3.5 STARS@2015

My sad lobster roll was half the size compared to other photos I've seen here and on Instagram this is just SAD-portion wise. Great taste, but wouldn't recommend it after realizing I got duped and paid $16.

Located at The Big Wonderful on Saturdays, and throughout Denver the rest of the week, I was kind of curious where a food truck gets their lobsters from. It's flown in overnight, sometimes same-day delivery. Every bite is savory goodness. I've gone twice, and only had the Hot Connecticut Lobster Roll. I'll have to try the clams and mussels at some point. The crew is very friendly, and even remembered me from my first visit. Very cool.Really like their motto: Love. Peace. Lobster.

I came here on the recommendation of a coworker who I know, knows good food. With this in mind, lobster bliss did not disappoint. I got the lobster roll with bacon and avocado and it was heavenly. The lobster was fresh, the bacon was god like and the avocado was just right. The price may seem a little steep but after taking a few bites you will soon realize you get what you pay for.

Tried both the classic and CT style lobster rolls and the lobster did not disappoint. Both had a great portion size and the meat was extremely fresh as was the lettuce. The classic has a hint of garlic and a lemon aioli with zest. The CT style is served hot with butter- I would, by preference, not get the lettuce on this one as sans lettuce is just what I am used to.My sister had the scallop roll with avocado, bacon and peppers on it and it looked and smelled delicious- I say looked because she did not offer to share... She said it was very tasty and I would get this on my next visit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. These rolls are served with coleslaw - which I am not a fan of - so they offered me chips instead. And they are very patient with your questions and genuinely want your feedback. Just really nice folks. My one drawback was the roll - it is a brioche roll and it is not my favorite. Again - that is personal preference and everything on the roll was absolutely delicious.According to their website hey are also opening a restaurant- no mention of location - not that it matters as the lobster is worth the drive. Hopefully this will be in the near future!

Oh how I love thee!!!Found this red box of glory at the Cherry Creek farmer's market a few weeks ago. Being from the west coast, I did not balk at the $16 price tag of blissful taste I was about to receive. Fresh, warm, soft, buttery roll that feels so right to your complimentary, delicate touch. This compliments well to the cold, fresh, mouthwatering pieces.....no chunks....no giant chunks of lobster! This sandwich is pure, balanced, undeniably amazing. Since that fateful day when I was introduced to such underwater treasures, I've followed the truck on Facebook. They are also working on a permanent, brick and mortar establishment. At least that's what I read on their site last time I checked it. I'll have to try their warm lobster sandwich next time. Or...maybe I'll just get one of each on the menu so I can have a fair taste test to declare a winner.Follow this truck on Facebook to find where it is parked. Then haul ass over there!

Went back and tried the scallop roll and it was awesome. I liked the toasted roll for this one better than the one they use for the lobster. I think the lobster would taste even better on this type of roll. I really wanted to try the fried clams but they didn't have them on the menu this time.

My first lobster roll and I thought it was absolutely terrible...it is made with the claw meet which was soggy, stringy and chewy; definitely not what I was expecting...if that's what you like, go for it...just sucks that it was $20 for the loaded sandwich and I threw up half way through because the meet was so gross...I absolutely love trying new things and would've preferred imitation crab...sorry to throw someone under the bus, but I don't know how someone could stomach this.

LOBSTER: The lobster was delicious --A generous portion served ice-cold, and lightly dressed with lemon aioli. Yum.ROLL: The brioche roll was stale. Shipped from a New York bakery, it tastes like it had been frozen and thawed a few times then left exposed to the dry Colorado air. I abandoned the roll and ate it as a lettuce wrap instead. You need a good roll to make a good lobster roll. I'll look for Lobster Bliss at Civic Center Eats this summer to give it another try. I'll definitely up the stars to 5 if they find a better roll to serve them on.
