Little Miss Latte is the coffee shop inside of Rose Medical Center. Mainly wanted to pop in on their page to boost their rating, because for god's sake it's a coffee shop inside of a hospital. Y'all need to relax!+Open till 1am every night.+Food available like sandwiches and bagels.+They serve all your typical coffee beverages.+Snacks on deck like chips, pretzels and candy.+Affordable, reliable, no frills. Is it craft coffee? No.Is it basic? Yes.Is your mind going to be blown? Heck no.But for what it's worth, this place fits the bill if you don't want coffee from a k-cup machine. They're always polite and friendly. It's a hospital for crying out loud! It's solely a victory that a place like this exists, and that they're willing to serve past midnight. Thanks for doing what you do, Little Miss Latte!

Located inside Rose Medical Center (and because I work across the street!!), this hidden gem makes it easy for me to stop in and grab a bite to eat, and a tasty beverage! :)Staff is always friendly, prices are always right, and the food is great! I usually opt for their breakfast burrito but their lunch specials take the cake! $6 for a chicken salad sammie on a croissant with chips? i'll take it! :) Their food is always outstanding and the girls who run the counter are so sweet and helpful! i frequent here, and know i'll be back!!

That's right! A review for a cafe inside a hospital! I've been prompted to write this review because this cafe offers so much! I frequent this place for horchata or Nacho Wednesday's when they have an open bar of nacho toppings like sour cream, shredded lettuce, tomato and salsa. They offer an assortment of lattes in different flavors as well as sweet breads and muffins. I tried a coconut cake/bread that was decent. They have to-go foods in the fridge that are great if you're in a rush. They can microwave them for you as well. They also have a sandwich bar and specials each day. Their hours are great and there are a ton of workers there so the wait is never too long.

Downhill. Used to pay $5 for a sandwich made on the spot with what buyer wanted on it in terms of lettuce/tomato, type of cheese, etc. I just paid $6 for Turkey and what appears to be white american cheese and lettuce on generic wheat bread. Sandwich just thrown into a container, not cut in 1/2. I used to buy lunch there a couple of times a month. Not anymore... motivated to keep something in the office freezer or make a stop on the way to work instead of paying $6 for this.

This is a happy little coffee and light meals shop in Rose Medical Center. My daily caramel crunch coffees (was making daily visits to an in-patient) were consistently great, my chicken salad sandwiches good and the prices are fine. Everyone is very friendly. As a bright spot in a hospital, I think it is quite welcoming and solid.

They don't pay their employees, they're food is old and in some cases should not have been served to customers. I know some customers that came into the Cafe stating they've had bad experiences with the food.

I've given a lot of business reviews, and this is only the second time I've given one-star. I always try to find the good in every situation, and put effort and energy into lifting businesses up. But after being lied to by an employee (multiple times), and then scoffed at and insulted by the owner (Patrick) when I told him about what happened, I feel it's important that other people are informed. I've been to Little Miss Latte in Rose Medical numerous times, and have always had a great experience with every employee... except one girl. Around two weeks ago, she rang up my food and drink, and for the first time I noticed there wasn't an employee discount. My first thought was that I must have made a mistake and wasn't getting a discount previously. It's only $1 so I wasn't concerned, but I was curious. When I asked if we got employee discounts, she said "I don't know how to do that." I've been in several times since then and was given the discount every time. Three days ago, I thought it was the same girl but she gave me a discount this time. I said "Was it you that told me two weeks ago that you didn't know how to give the discounts?" And she replied, "No, that wasn't me. It's a big button on the screen, I don't know how she doesn't know how to do it." Two nights ago, another girl rang up my order and, again, there was no discount. I asked, "Were you the one that told me two weeks ago that you didn't know how to give the employee discount?" She replied, "Yeah, I don't know how to do it." I told her about the big button and she kept repeating, as she moved her finger around the screen, that she didn't know how to do it. When I got frustrated about how every other employee knows how to do it, and now I feel she's lying because I was told about the button, she replied "The person that trained me told me not to give employee discounts." I asked her why and she said she didn't know. She repeated that when she was trained, the person training her told her not to give the discount. At this point I was certain she had been lying to me about not knowing how to do it, and there was now another customer behind me. I just wanted clarity on what was going on so I asked who trained her and she said she couldn't remember. I asked for the name of the owner, or her supervisor, and she said she didn't know their name. I asked for the name of anyone that works there with her and she said she didn't know anyone's name but there would be a supervisor there at 6:30am. I asked that person's name and she said she didn't know their name. I called and spoke with Patrick, the owner, today. When I got done explaining everything, he said "I know exactly who you're talking about and I doubt she said that, but I will talk with her about it." I asked him if he thought I was lying and he said, "I've known her for 18 years, she's my niece, and I can't see her saying any of that." It felt like a slap to my face. I told him I've spent the last 40 years building up my character toward being an honest person (which is where he scoffed at me) and it's upsetting that he's basically saying I'm making this up. What benefit would I have in wasting all of my limited time to create a fictional story like this? He said he would talk to her and I'd get my employee discount from now on. I said "It's an effing dollar. I don't care about a dollar. I care about the principle of being lied to..." and for no reason. There was no reason this had to be dragged out over a dollar. I wish I'd never asked about the discount in the first place... one thing is certain, I'd rather starve than to ever step foot in this place again.

Was expecting better. Service was kinda rude at first then lightened up towards the end. But the coffee (iced latte) itself was terrible to be honest.
