Little Caesars Pizza

they need to spend just a little more time cutting their pizza. its rarely ever cut all the way through so you have to cut it again when you get home or manage by just ripping your "slice" free from the rest of the pie. very annoyingalso, check your pizza before leaving if youre stopping in for a quick hot-n-ready. theyve tried to pass pizzas with huge bubbles or old pizzas off on me before.this place is usually busy. so it also helps calling ahead to make sure they have one waiting for you on game days n such. three stars for crappy slicing.

Little Caesars is what it is - I get that. Totally pedestrian but the price is also pedestrian so it's OK. What's not OK is asking for a "Hot and Ready Between 4:00 and 8:00" (at 6:30) and being told "10-15 minutes." No, they weren't that busy - apparently just badly managed. Then when I asked for a credit card receipt - "Our printer is broken."But let's close on the positive - the "5 Meat Feast" has a lot of meat on it. Not "Hot and Ready" as advertised, but really meaty and not bad at all - for a totally pedestrian pizza, that is.

Horrible service. The employees where in the back within ear shot of customers. Complaining about them. Saying get the fuck out. I will not be back

We just had a really bad experience here! It was around 5:45 pm on October 26. We ordered an advertised special that was on a sign right next to the cash register. When he have us our food it was not what was advertised, missing an order of crazy bread and sauce. I asked the kid that rang us up for these and he said it didn't come with sauce, but then corrected himself and gave us one even though the sign says 3 dips were included. I pointed out the sign and he flat out said "no that's not the meal deal. It's what I have you plus a 2 liter." I tried explaining again that what we wanted the advertised special. He refused to listen to me or read the sign I kept pointing at and repeated "you get what I gave you and can grab a 2 liter." Whatever dude. Not that big of a deal and we certainly don't need that extra greasy food :) but we were pretty turned off by the whole situation. False advertising and rude employees.

It's $5.00 pizza, so I'm not expecting much here.Just stopped by tonight to grab a couple pizzas and some crazy bread. I was greeted by a small blonde girl who seemed pissed that she had to be there. I didn't get a name because she wasn't wearing a name tagPeople have bad days sometimes. I get it. I said hello with a smile, to which she didn't respond. Our conversation went as follows: "what can I get you", ( zero eye contact) "2 pep pizzas and a crazy bread please"."You want marinara?""No thank you""13.97. Your gonna have to wait.""No problem"*she walks away before I can ask to use my coupon*While she's gone, I decided to hang onto the coupon and paid with my debit. When she comes back she says, "You want a receipt?"I said, "yes, that would be great.""We're out of paper." *blank stare*I looked at her for a second, thinking she was going to change it. Nope. Of course not. I began asking her if she could change it, then decided I'd rather not anger the person preparing my food. I ended up just taking a pic with my phone of the screen on the card reader. Like I said, it's a $5.00 pizza. Customer service is worth much less. At least my pizza was fresh out of the oven. We've all worked jobs we don't want to work. I know I have. At least take pride in the way you do your job. No one is forcing you to be there. To the girl who "served" me tonight, I'm sorry to have inconvenienced you with my business.**edit***Back again. This time though, I tried ordering through the app. I ordered it about 45 minutes ago, and showed up about 30 minutes later. When I arrived, there was one young man working the front counter, and no one in the kitchen. He was very nice, but told me my order wasn't ready yet and it will be a bit. No pizzas or crazy bread was "hot and ready"- they were completely out. PeopleFinally came back from break (I assume), and I continued to sit in the lobby for a while they got caught up. They began quoting people 15-20 minutes for their standard "hot and ready" pepperoni pizzas to be done. Again, the pizza was at least fresh out of the oven, so I'm happy about that. We used to come to this store all the time. Seems like it's now lacking management.

The girl and the guy that took my order were cool and greeted me kindly. Probably the cleanest and most professional employees I've ever encountered at a Little Caesars. Whoever worked today 12-8-20, deserves a nice paid-vacation, and a raise. Thank you guys for being quick and cool!

Cheap pizza doesn't come any better! We frequent here 2-3 times per month. The best little caesers pizza we have ever had and it never disappoints- always consistently good!

THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I manage an apartment community in Lakewood and our power has been going in and out all week. My poor residents have had a lot of their food go bad and have not been able to cook any fresh meals for a couple days. Since it was an Xcel Energy issue there was not much we could do, but wanted to do what we could. I called this location and the manager Laura saved the day and pumped out THIRTY pizzas for me in TWENTY minutes! When I got there, they were just finishing up the last few pepperoni's. Pulled my truck up to the side and their awesome cook staff and Laurie helped walk them out and load them in. My residents were very thankful and had a hot meal to eat tonight all thanks to Laura, the hard working staff, and their incredible customer service. THANK YOU for making my life easy and hooking it up!

Ordered a pizza for delivery, driver could not find my location, after three tries finally met in the parking lot by that time pizza was cold and just sitting in the front seat, not in a box or a warmer. Very disappointed. Will not do that again, and if you live anywhere That might have an apartment number I'd suggest you call someone else.

What a joke, if you go in too early (3:30pm), they purposely don't cut your pizza. Found out the "head" shit for brains purposely pisses off customers to cut down on business because he makes the same, "less work". The quality is poor, and they raised prices, buy a frozen pizza, better quality. They totally lean left and support poor service, feel bad for the owners
