Little Caesars Pizza

Hot, Fresh, and Ready! Theres nothing like hot, fresh pizza! I ordered online on the Little Caesars website, which is fast and easy, it sent me a code to my email so when I arrived at the store all I do is type in the code in the pizza holding box and it opens the door to allow me to grab my freshly cooked pizza. So simple and easy. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 mins!

I am so very happy to report that this location has improved tremendously!!! They are FINALLY back to making great pizza and providing excellent customer service. Thanx to all the wonderful staff there who's made this possible!!!

PUBLIC HEALTH ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!Do not eat from this location unless you want COVID-19!!!! Photos are of an employee AND a customer with masks hanging below their noses (POINTLESS!).... the manager, when I pointed this out to him, tried and the employee, changed masks and wore it appropriately, however , I was verbally assaulted by the other customer who proceeded to remove his mask completely!!! AVOID AT AL COSTS!!!!

Getting pizza anywhere on Super Bowl Sunday is tough! Getting a hot n ready deep dish can prove even more difficult. But not at the Leetsdale Little Caesars.Get up early and call ahead. By "early", I mean 11 am. I was definitely up, but that's hours before the big game. And yes, do call ahead unless you enjoy sitting inside a Little Caesars for 15 min while they make your food. The gal who answered the phone said our pepperoni deep dish would be ready by the time we arrived.Yes, I said pepperoni deep dish. It's much better than the deep dish takeout at most Denver pizza joints. And it's $8. Compared to the subpar $35 square deep dish pies I've paid for around town, LC's wins.Upon arrival, I ran inside and found people waiting already, along with several ladies hauling ass in the kitchen. It wasn't a madhouse yet but you could tell that they were gearing up for a busy day. It wax pretty clean and, as promised over the phone, my pizza was hot and ready. Well done, Little Caesars. Thank you.Got the pizza home, put it in the fridge and heated it up an hour before the game. The best part about thick bread pizza is that it heats up just fine! It's not fancy but it sure tastes good.

The customer service I received today was exceptional!!! The one and only employee wirking 3 hours by herself was super nice despite obviously being stressed out. No one showed up but her!The reason for the one star review then you ask! The general manager knew for 2 and a half hours that this was going to be the only employee. This lady is not paid enough to run an entire store during a busy lunch rush. However the lady kept her cool smiled and had good customer service despite the fact that she was in charge of everything and the line was to the door. Both the general manager and the owner of this location should be ashamed of themselves as soon as they learned of the short staff one if not both should have gotten off of their behinds and gone in. The fact that neither the general manager or the owner cared enough about the store or their employee is the reason why we will not go back to This Little Caesar's and give them our money. If they had had the decency to show up and help this lady out they might still have this customer. And based on their attitudes of not showing up to help this lady they all say oh well it's one customer what a difference that makes to me but let me tell you people both of you you will lose business over this the reason that lady did not walk out was because she had bills to pay if she did not have bills to pay I guarantee you that lady would not have been running ragged around that store to get you money so you better be giving her some kind of bonus or raise or just shut your doors now. I fully expect some kind of response to this or I will blast this all over the internet!

Worst food ever. This is my first review because I have never been mad enough to write one. There was barely any cheese whatsoever, it was dry, and the worker literally threw the pizza at the counter, I really dont see how they call this S*** food

pizza pizza no you don't get two for the price of one anymore but that's ok for the best experience at the little Caesars on Leetsdale follow these steps1 order online pepperoni stuffed crazy crust pizza (or your favorite) 2 pick up at portal (always been ready when they say it is) 3 take home3 put pizza 2pc at a time in air frier 4 min (comes droopy and raw crustlike) dont order anything else wings too small bites are not great crazy is just bread sauce on the side is good but half full serving parm from the frig is best let us know your experiences we won't know unless you tell us thank you

I order my pizza on line to pick up in the portal. I sat in my car for 15 minutes. There was a pizza on the shelf with an order of chicken wings the whole time. I get a text to stand in line and pick up my pizza. They pull the box off the shelf to give to me. Why did they not put in the portal right away and send an email. Why let it sit on a shelf getting cold. Why make me wait in line instead of putting it in the empty portal. This is the second time the has happened to me at this store. Recommend another location

Don't go here ! They have the worst service and sometimes you dnt get ur food we didn't receive our full order they never answer the dones

I ordered a extra most bestest pizza with some wings and garlic bread and it took them 30 mins. Then when my order is finished they set it down behind the counter for an extra 10 minutes. Like as if I can go back there and grab my sh*t. Then she wanna look dumb when I tell her to give me my pizza. Just annoying, the food was not good either, pizza and cheese bread were burnt and they gave me the smallest chicken wings I've ever seen. I've never been this annoyed by a food place to want to leave a review, but here you go.
