Little Caesars

Came in on Saturday night. It was super busy. Leon was amazing he had such a great attitude. Julian gave me my order. They were both so nice. I work in the restaurant industry. It was so nice to come in after work and be treated so well!! Thank you guys! I really appreciate it!!

Good pizza at great prices. Little Caesars always hits when you're in the mood for pizza. The pizza is consistent and the variety is vast. ExtraMostBestest is my fave because every inch of the pizza is covered in pepperoni. YUM! On game days and certain holidays expect a wait even if you've ordered for a certain time. They have hundreds of orders on these days and it's hard to keep up with the demand. Be patient. Any other day it's pretty quick and you're in and out and on your way.

The location sucks. You order online and arrive and nothing has been prepared. Has happened several times, go to another one if you want cheap bad pizza.

Typically decent pizza, but today I ordered two Detroit-Style Deep Dish Cheese Pizza's. One came with no sauce, both looked as if they were cooked in a normal pizza pan, they were not crispy around the edges.

Last week the crazy bread was dough. Not soft. Not an, "I prefer them cooked longer" situation. It was actual dough. Things happen. I've worked at Caesar's and I like it and it's cheap but there has to be some amount of quality control. This week we tried the app , ordered almost an hour in advance, and still waited in the lobby for 20 minutes as they made sure the door dash guys got their orders in a timely fashion. Not even mad. Just disappointed.

Last year I wrote 1 star review regarding their customer services. But for the past 3 Months this Pizza place is Awesome!!! I'm so happy that the company fixed the issues. Their customers service is beyond excellent!!!! Especially when Lei and Rosie are there these 2 excellent workers are so very nice and care to their customers even to their CO-workers. They greet you with a smile, they are so polite and kind to everyone and they appreciate all of their customers before they leave. I just wanna say Thank you and wish Lei & Rosie the best and hopefully someday you both will own your Little Caesars Restaurant because you both deserved it!! Your Loyal CustomerWayne

Do not go to this location unless you want bad service somebody by the name of Nicole was so rude disrespectful and she did not accommodate what we wanted as customers I'm actually gonna take this to the second level and get management involved because I never been so disrespected by an employee as much as I did tonight!I actually called and talked to another manager named Leo and he did not do anything about our experience at that place !!!

Pizza came doughy and uncooked. Guy at cashier had good customer service. didn't bother getting a refund just won't go back to this location

Very unorganized. Why bother ordering on the app, only to stand in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting on your order. Also, what's so difficult about keeping up on soda stock?! Poor management is to blame!! Either hire a competent manager, or close your doors so we can go elsewhere!!

Haven't ordered from little Caesars in a while and I think this will be the last time I order from this location. Ordered 2 pizzas online, suppose to skip the line & enter the code into the portal but that didn't happen. Waiting inside & I can see 2 deep dish pizza boxes sitting on the rack behind the portal and other customers are ordering while online customers have to wait. Why even have a portal, why can't another employee call out the online orders names? Only the 1 cashier is doing 2 jobs inside orders & online orders. I don't think that's right, where's the other employees. My pizzas was basically cold, not warm at all. Very disappointed, why is their poor management? Not happy.I ordered 2 deep dish pizzas & 1 of them is 2 mini pizzas, smaller as well compared to the correctly made pizza. I submitted a complaint against them, they also don't answer the phone. Don't do business with this location, the management sucks.
