I'm not sure why this only has 3.6 stars! We love Le Peep!!! We went this morning after playing pickleball and our wait was about 30 minutes (which was totally expected since it's a Sunday at noon) I ordered the lumberjack breakfast and it was sooooo good!! The pancakes were so fluffy! My daughter-in-law got the biscuits and gravy and OMG! Their biscuits are straight-up Southern style which is hard to find out west! They have a new spring menu so we tried the Vanilla iced matcha and it was not as great as a good coffee shop and tried the brown sugar and cayenne pepper bacon which was out of this world delish!!! Le Peep is always a solid breakfast for us! Give them a try! We can't wait to go back!

Cute interior with very clean tables, seating & bathroom tons of parking as well directly outside parking lot with a tons of other shops next door to shop at afterwards. The prices are great here as the salmon Benedict is only $15 and the crepes are $10. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for fast and kind service! 4/5 because their food could have been cooked a little better as their cooked apples, lemon water (taste like tap water & was gross) & potato fries were very boring and cold.

Decent portions given. Nice staff. Clean restaurant. Great breakfast menu selection. Delicious drinks. Just not giving it a 5 because it's overpriced for what is given.

We sat outside and it was beautiful! The live music added such a great ambiance! The lattes are usually a hit or miss due to inconsistency. Today was a hit! The food is always good! Cool brunch hangout for sure!

The food and environment at Le Peep is great. Menu has a lot of variety, combinations and options. Coffee is another level with a Lavassa Italian professional machine. Local and parking are nice. The place keeps clean. My husband and I just discovered this place. Our only disappointment since day one has been the service. I don't mean the quickness or right orders, I mean that the waitresses feel somehow cold, non so diligent or naturally attentive.

Don't even get me started on the food. OK fine get me started so this food was probably the equivalent of what is under a man's toenail after they've been wearing a damp sock for a month I took one bite out of this pancake and it leaked onto my leg who was gonna tell me that this bacon is #CookYourOwnBacon? i'm pretty sure I got E. coli HIV aids hemorrhoids cancer and maybe a little diarrhea and bonus there was dust cobwebs and some kind of fungus mold building up along the corners of the restaurant.

One of my favorite restaurants. I go for their harvest Benedicts in particular. They are the best! I moved to another state and every time I come back I HAVE to get them. The service is always nice and friendly. They are all nice people. The ambiance can differ depending on the time but it's always a cute vibe for sure :)
