This truck is in the Montbello school parking lot. Depending on the direction you come from, you might pass by a different La Unica food truck in a different parking lot.There were about 10 people in line or waiting for orders around 11am on a Saturday. The consome is everything the reviews say. It's super flavorful and we had enough leftover to dip some tacos at home. Make sure you have napkins, because these tacos are drippy and messy in the best way. The orange salsa is great too. I ordered an agua de piña, a taquiqueso, quesabirria, and consome chico. It was a sharing 'snack' amount or a meal to yourself.

I am from LA and this is the closest you will get to the real thing in LA! Juicy Birria tacos, melted oozing hot cheese served with several salsas and pickled onions radishes and habaneros....Go you will thank me! Try Don't forget the consume' topped with cilantro and chopped onion. Add a small side of pickled onions, radishes and habanero, they go awesome on the taco!Start with 3 and you will want 2 more! You can drink the consume'it's so good!Great food and even better service the sisters were great at getting my order done and making it great! One last thing... They only are open until sold out! Had to leave a review for this gem of a spot because their birria tacos were amazing when I came here back in March 2020. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Denver. Make sure you bring cash! It was a little difficult to locate them but we drove around looking for a taco truck in the parking lot and eventually found them. Besides that, the consume and the birria were both delicious. 10/10!

The best birria tacos I've ever eaten in my life. We drive 30 minutes to get these delicious gems. Get there early and bring cash!

Drove 20 minutes for these tacos and it was worth it! The ramen was bomb! Laid a blanket down in the grass and ate there. Couldn't wait! Will definitely be back!

I did not take a picture of consume it was DELICIOUS. Boy! This is the BEST Birria de Res (Beef) Tacos worth the wait time. They have their hours till 2pm but when we went they were sold out before noon. I suggest to show up early. All women cooking and serving.

This is a food truck, they sale awesome birria agua fresca and Mexican stile soft drinks, make sure you take your folding cheers, get with the program, you order and you eat in the parking lot, if u don't know what birria is, is just one of the most popular dishes in Mexico, and this place nail it, ask for. Quezabirria is the booooooooomb.

Amazing flavors! Make sure you get the tacos with cheese and the consome to dip them in! The best taco truck I've tried so far in Denver!

My stomach hurt for 2 days after eating here. The food is not good there's better tacos. Quality has dropped like crazy!!

Do yourself a favor, go try this food truck and support these ladies who are hustling and slinging out some legit birria. Service is top notch, super friendly crew working. My better half is not a giant food person yet after eating there today she asked if we could go back tomorrow. It's. That. Good.
