La Cocina De Lucho

The first time I heard of this place was as a food truck at Stampede. The empanada was delicious. They make it as you order so it's hot. Inside the empanada was beef with other vegetables but everything was spiced and seasoned really well. Each bite of the empanada was super delicious. Everyone was super friendly and they work hard to get your order out to you as quick as possible. Just so yummy. I need to come back and try the Cubano.
