La Casita

Loved the food and service at La Casita! Took my partner to the Colfax Hispanic food truck center for the first time and we couldn't pass up La Casita. They are so friendly and their food is super delicious. It was dropping in temperature outside and while they had tents set up we decided to bring ours home. I'm sad I didn't take pictures but it was just too good to stop eating! Glad we got to try the quesabirria, tacos pastor and quesabirria ramen. We will definitely be back!

Wow. I don't remember the last time I left a restaurant smiling ear to ear at how delicious the food was. I am kicking myself for not finding this sooner but I guess it's relatively new. I ordered the quesabirrias with beef. Which seems to be a beefy cheesy taco. This was located on Colfax at the hispanic food truck festival off of Chambers. The staff member helped me understand the menu and they took card for payment. Just watching them prepare the meal you see they put so much dedication in every single ingredient and how they place it and cook it. This was pure art, not only in how delicious and perfectly balanced all the flavors were, but just the whole vibe of the area.You absolutely must come and experience this food truck yourself. Bravo to what they have accomplished here.

Pork in the pozole has bones in it. Bit on the expensive side. Birria Ramen broth had very little flavor. Came here after seeing a Tik Tok on it. Not a fan.
