La Baja Fish Tacos & Grill

Ceviche only review... Authentic. Authentic. Authentic. While we were at Cerebral Brewing, we got H to the U to the NGRY. Luckily, La Baja Fish Tacos & Grill was parked right outside. So we rolled our luck with an appetizer of their Ceviche and Chips. It was shrimp based with cucumber, onion, tomatoes and avocado on top. We thought it was fresh, flavorful, and a good portion for two. We'd happily order it again! Heck, we'd probably roll our luck with some more items, too. They had fried fish tacos, fried shrimp tacos and a few different street tacos. My other half caught an eye of a fish taco and said, "Hannah, that looks good! Should we maybe go order another round?"

The hubs and I needed a little snack, so we went with ordering from La Baja because they were parked outside of Finn's Manor. Let me first explain that not only did this "snack" smelled great, but it was extremely delicious! I can only explain that this birria taco was incredibly beefy in every single great way possible. I was in awe as to how they crammed so much flavor into a little taco.We also sampled their fish taco, which was solid, but not the star of the show.

Wowowow.There was nothing we got that we didn't love. Battered shrimp and fish are both incredible. Every single salsa is A+ - chips are equally as delicious.

Love this food truck, any time I come to Joy Ride brewery I keep my fingers crossed that they are there! Great breading on the fried fish tacos! Love the Birria as well. Also, the chips are amazing. You've gotta try this food truck!

Authentic and delicious, I liked the taste of the fish tacos more rather than the shrimp ones but still enjoyed it:) It Reminds me of my childhood home, Staff was very nice!

I can't believe they don't have more reviews and not any for a year for this place because it is amazing! Their name sake of fish tacos are on point. Very tasty and wish I got more. My friend has been on a quest for the best birria taco and these guys have knocked everyone out of the water and became his number 1!! Not a big menu but what we had was great. Can't wait until they are near me again.

Best tacos I've had in Denver so far! Really flavorful. Especially love the shrimp tacos
